Burger King

Drove through this Burger King this morning for breakfast. Amanda was wonderful and gave me a discount after being out of several items I tried to order. Our breakfast was hot & fresh despite ordering it last minute. I know this Burger King has had its struggles especially in the last year but you can tell the employees there are really trying their best in making the customers happy.

the manager seem cool but like no one else was on sync. gave me my sodas like 5 minutes after I paid and drove off not noticing that there's no syrup in any of my sodas so they're all nasty my fries were just gross and seem like they've been sitting there all morning. I was hoping that since I had a talk with the manager and hes like I just took over this place and you know I'm new and just bear with me I thought everything was gonna be fine but but I guess you know same old samold doesn't matter who's running it.

Food is what you'd expect. Had to wait 3 minutes at the speaker before even ordering and I was picking up a mobile order!!! Got my drinks and was asked to pull around to the as they were making fresh onion rings. Ok fine whatever.... But I then sat there and waited 10-15 minutes for my food!!!! Did I mention that I ordered ahead!!!

Why is it on the menu if you can't make it ????? This place has gone down hill every since they had their walk out about a year ago ....poor poor management .this has happened several times in the last month I've gone through the drive through and placed my order and they say I'm sorry we aren't making that at this time ....WTH it's a freaking burrito ....I'm sure we will see another walk out soon get some management that knows what to do (Zero star wasn't an option )
