Baskin Robbins

I ordered a Cappuccino Blast, my favorite! I hadn't had it in quite a while since they only have 1 location now, so I was really looking forward to it. They said they had no more vanilla ice cream and half of the flavors were gone, but it was alright I got a different flavor I wasn't gonna let it ruin the experience. The lady then asked what size I said a medium and ended up getting served a liquid and not the ice cream thing it usually is and not even that it wasn't even full. I bought a medium for a medium not a small. Very upset, won't be ever coming back again. Also this took 20 minutes to make, not worth it.

I purchased a double scoop of ice cream in a dish on 4/18/19. I had to ask for a spoon as one was not provided. I waited at least 5 minutes while employees tried to find a spoon and was finally told they were out. They offered me the little tiny pink sample spoon to eat my ice cream and said it was all they had available. Not going there again.

The staff was friendly and were as helpful as could be. This location is not a full sized location. They could have around 16 flavors at a time. Unfortunately, over half of the flavors they would have had, they ran out of. They really need to label the location as an Express or something so people know it's not a full sized location and management needs to plan their stock better.

The location should be renamed to Baskin Robbins 12. There is no room in express version for 31 flavors. Staff is confused by difference s from a dish, Sunday and banana split. Keeps referring to books for how to make anything. Wife asked if more of one of the 12 available flavors and was told there is but it would be to hard to serve if they got out of freezer. Had to ask for spoons, no napkins to be found, had to get from a Chinese food counter in this express setup location. To put this visit to the next level was to be prompted by the payment system to leave at least a 15% or higher tip. Best advice, avoid and find a better place.
