Taco Bell

I ordered online, showed up and was given someone else’s order. I’m confused, why even ask who the order is for? Does the owner or manager read these reviews???? Soft shell flour tortillas are of low quality, they break easily, see pictures. Apparently my big meaty lips are too much for this delicate food. I feel like a Chalupa after eating here. Did I mention how dry the shells are?

I love ordering online and coming here to pick up my food. Typically very quick service, although I will dock a star, because the crunchwraps do not always come very nicely, you'll have nacho cheese and sour cream to one side, and then meat and tomatoes on the other. When I first started ordering them they were nice evenly spread foods that were made well and stayed in tact. Still is my favorite Taco Bell in town, though.

18 minutes until the lobby closed so they told us we had to take our meal to go if we were going to order. We were so excited that the lobby was open until 10, because we had a 30minute drive home still! My son just got done at his baseball game in Hickman and we were starved but brought in the new car and three boys eating tacos in the vehicle is a disaster. Pretty sure we could have ate tacos in like 10 minutes but sweet...

Since I had covid, all I have to enjoy in food is texture. Multiple times I have made the mistake of fantasizing of a crunchy crunch wrap supreme. Yet, inevitably, I order a crunch wrap supreme and find myself crying over a soggy mush wrap that was left under a heating lamp at this exact Taco Bell. Lacking taste and smell, the only possible joy food can serve is texture. And yet, in spite of all evidence to the contrary, when I ask for my crunch wrap to be fresh the server and manager argue with me that they have NEVER served food that has sat under a heat lamp. I just wanted a crunch wrap that was edible because this particular Taco Bell likes to sell premade soggy food at this time of night, and when taste is irrelevant and only texture matters, refusing to fulfill an order with fresh food is legit heartbreaking. I cannot express in words my desperate need for actual crunchy food. Had this exact Taco Bell never served me a disgusting packet of mush, I would not have felt the need to specify making my crunch wrap actually crunchy. Yet here we are, me crunch-less on a Saturday night, because God forbid Taco Bell ever admit they, at any point in history, have served less than perfectly fresh food.

My 76 year old mother stopped at Taco Bell on the way home from work to get dinner for the family. Needless to say she was juggling a lot of orders. She forgot to order a bean burrito so asked to add it at the window. Much to her surprise, she was told no in no uncertain terms. I could understand if she needed to add multiple items, but there should have been no problem with one item. My mother was very upset by this visit.

We had a huge order for 4 people so we used the app and ordered ahead. Not only was our order still hot when we got it and everything we ordered included, they even added the 25 fire packets we asked for! We got everything from a crunchwrap supreme, to a cravings box, to a chicken chipotle burrito and doritos locos tacos. Plus...mexican pizza is back!
