None of the staff are knowledgeable. I asked if they have coke or Pepsi products. The guy said "yes". I asked again WHICH one they have, coke or pepsi. He said yes again. We ordered 2 yofurt parfaits with our order, and didn't get them. We waited for another bag. Finally the lady at the window (who has not spoken to us at this point mind you, she handed me my stuff without even looking at me) comes back and tells me they don't serve parfaits there. Certainly would have helped to be told that when I ordered. I have never gone to this location and had a good experience. Not once. They're rude and very unknowledgeable.

perfectly adequate McDonald's experience. one of the order screens was down and there were a few customers hanging around the counter, but my food came out quick enough

I had ordered a smoothie and some fries for my son and a burger and a happy meal they didn't get my order right and I had to reheat the food in the happy meal, not to mention that the time before that the drive thru person was hella rude I won't be going back any time soon

Awesome place to sit down and eat cheapest food in town order on the app it's fast and easy has its glitches from time to time but works pretty good cuz most of what you can do on the app they can do at the register if you're having a problem make sure you're getting what you order at the price you order for!!!
I've sat down for hours working on paperwork phone calls text messages and videos... And even though they're supposed to be a limit nobody's ever bothered me so that is something I can appreciate from the Ticonderoga drive McDonald's in Lincoln Nebraska...
Well definitely be back there quite a few more times in the years cuz I will definitely be coming back to Lincoln at some point and will certainly have paperwork to do!

I had gone to the drive threw. I ordered 2 big breakfasts with pancakes.
The person that took my order, and also took my payment. Said the amount was $12 and some change.
When I got to the pick up window. That associate said I had ordered one.
She did order another for me. I told her that the person at the other window had told me it was $12. And change.
The receipt said I had ordered 1 which was 5.and change. I was then charged for the item I ordered. Another 5 and some change. Again. Which I did get.
I will not be going back to this McDonalds again.

ordered two coffees, they asked us to park in spot number 1 while they brewed a new pot, manager sent helpful employee back and forth and told him on the third or fourth trip "no receipt, don't make it for them" so we had to dig in our trash after waiting 15 minutes for two coffees because of a greedy manager who wouldn't let her talented young workers do their job

The entrance to get into the parking lot for this establishment is impractical. The staff is not super friendly and the food never seems fresh. I would recommend another McDonalds.
