Pat's Pizza

food is fine, kinda unorganized and staff didn’t really pay much attention to us until we asked about our pick up order. place was also covered in trump posters, pictures, merchandise, signs, and calendars and it didn’t feel welcoming to any other beliefs, my family and i personally didn’t enjoy that.

We ate at the Lincoln location once. The service wasn’t good, felt like we were a burden actually. But sometimes people have a bad day so I let it slide. Then someone came in with a screaming child and appeared to know the people working - didn’t get food, was just chatting while their child wailed relentlessly. For a long time. Like long enough that we ate some of our mediocre pizza and were waiting for the check while they chatted - ever raising their voices because the unhappy child kept getting louder. Finally got out check and paid. No thank you. No check in to see how our meal was. Perhaps it was an off day for them but why take the risk in going back when there are places to eat in town that have good food and are welcoming?

I didnt go in--- due to owner posting huge political signs outside. Not a fan of that!!! My order was for a light sauce pepperoni pizza..easy enough.....When I opened the box the pizza was red .grrrr....if there was light sauce, the mini pepperonis greased up the small amount of burned cheese..so there was not any white cheese to be seen all red and blackened from burn..One bite then the Pizza went straight to the trash..Luckily I also ordered prepackaged chips and drink to hold me over..they couldnt mess those up so they get 1 star. Will Not Be Returning.......Update after owner response.... No thank you on the free political sticker...we have enough trash in our landfields..Now Its extremely clear see why I cant find anyone in this town who eats at your establishment, its not just the pizza thats bad its the lack of ability to make things right by customers to keep them coming back! SO Sad.

Unlike most of the Pats locations which I have been visiting since UM days when Mr Farnsworth was ever-present, this one has no warm and friendly feeling to it. They served me quickly, but gave a feeling like they would be glad when I was gone. Due to Covid, the flow inside is mangled. The signs aren’t particularly clear, other than a Presidential election sign outside that someone should really remove (Politics has no place with pizza, imho - and I am the one buying your stuff so my opinion does count). So you get a fair, but the folks at McDonalds at least act like they’re glad to see me. I’ll give the place another try, if it’s still open next time.
