Burger King

Went through the drive through with my dogs and the drive through employee gave me a little box of bacon. Such a sweet gesture!:) that has never happened and I definitely appreciate then not only taking care of me and getting me my food but also a tasty snack for my pups! Definitely appreciated :) thank you

Poor management, guy in front of me wanted a refund cause he waited 45 min for 1 meal. Manager could not figure out how to give him one and told him there was something wrong with his card and she couldn't give him one. This manager was also reprimanding her employee for being late in front of all of the customers, very unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. We also waited in the drive thru 10min not moving then decided to go eat inside...thinking it would be faster....we ordered 2 happy meals and a whopper meal and didn't see our food for almost 40min. It was ridiculous and I'm not even sure they would gave made it if I didn't go up and ask about it. Very slow employees, nice tho but not properly trained by management. Something needs to be done there. Not the 1st time it's taking that long to get food there either.

The drive-thru order taker asked us to repeat our requests multiple times. When we got to the window, he had his earbud in one ear. I believe he was listening to it rather than to us. He didn't give us our drinks, just asked us to drive around. There was no marked parking stalls for vehicles waiting for takeout. We waited but the order didn't come. Finally we drove thru the drive-thru again. He couldn't find our order at first. When he did, all of the ice had melted in the drinks. The fries were cold. The meat in the sandwiches was not even warm. Not fast food. We were there more than 20 minutes.

With times like they are in a pandemic state, it has been hard to find little glimpses of light in our everyday lives. This is especially true of the food industry. On this post I will only be addressing the light of this Burger King location. Here, is where an employee who goes by QB, at least for the purposes of this review anyway, has at every moment been a smiling face and a happy voice on the other side of that dreadful menu ordering box. Even when I asked several times for QB to repeate what was on a sandwich, it was repeated back to me with the same happiness and light heartedness and I could feel the radiance of QB's smile even though I could not yet see the corresponding face. I new this voice after all. It wasn't the first time that I've heard this voice. In fact every time I go to this Burger King in the evening I am greeted by QB and everytime I smile just because I get to hear QB's voice. So even if you don't like Burger King or you don't like the wait at Burger King, it is worth your time, your money, and your soul's joy to visit QB at BK.
