Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

My experience here today was great I was greeted when entering, the burger was cooked just right perfect temp just as I wanted, Fries with the Campfire Sauce delicious, my servers (Sliva and Sydney and 1 other didn't catch her name) were very nice and quick to assist me with my order and refills and reorders of fries Yum! Great food perfect lunch A+++!

Super clean. Well maintained. We got our food pretty fast which is great since we had 3 toddlers. They even got us stuff to clean a spill as it happened. They were super great. Downside our actually server forgot about refills we asked for and dressings and extra sauces, but other staff went and get it when ask.

My husband was unimpressed with his burger. I had their version of the Cobb salad. The dressing tasted more like mayo than Bleu cheese. Chicken was dry. Since every bite (lettuce, chicken) required cutting, more comfortable cutlery would have been nice. The croutons tasted off, also. Restaurant was clean, and service was good

Was meh food. Burger was not great. Seemed small for $15, and the fries were cold and like ends and pieces. Never once did waitress offer more fried. Don't put lemon in water like asked. Rest Robin"used" to be the go to burger place. This location in particular is not my favorite. Not the first time visit has been meh. At least I could taste alcohol in my drinks!

I will say that they got my order ready on time and the food was hot. Unfortunately the ‘garlic fries’ are just fries with a couple spoonfuls of minced garlic from a jar on top. My burger tasted strongly of burnt grease, but it was difficult to know if the burger or bacon was responsible. Overall best to avoid if you can.

This review is for the Red Robin in Lincoln, CA. My family and I have been going to Red Robin ever since they opened. It's been our place for many celebrations. Today I took my mom, daughter, grandaughter out for Mother's Day lunch. It took forever to get our meals. They sat under the heatlamps so long that after we pointed to our meals from Under the lamps, we finally got them. The burgers were overcooked and had no moisture. They were not busy; in fact the employees were playing around the whole time. We were treated rudely when we asked for our food. Several emolyees would look at the order paper then walk away. Wasn't theor table so "who cares"?. Our food was re-made and tasted good. But I will mot go there again to the Lincoln site. I get better service at Citrus Heights/Roseville sites.

Well for starter fist waitress wasn't pleasant then Bonnie took over she was amazing. A few time a young man came told him fries were disgusting and he laughed and walked off. So gathered a the fires put in a basket took them to Bonnie she agreed they were nasty. Finally to the burgers. NOBODY AT MY TABLE ATW burgers. I had half that o had to cut with fork. Son ate half. Daughter in law at 2 bites. It's was all over cooked cold fries and gross. At this point why continueo complain. The table next to us had issues with a salad... really a salad. continue to complain.
