Food was good, was served well but the unbelievable cost makes the negate the value and cannot recommend. I understand cost have gone up but a 6" + foot long with meal that includes a tiny drink and $24, simply ouch. If you live subway and can afford $$$ for fast food then...

You people really need to train your employees better on how to put their sauce on you come in there one time somebody puts one little strip so the next time you order extra and then put like 50 strips and now I can't eat my sandwich thanks! You just forever lost my business

Tried to order a vault sandwich online and came up as $99.30 for a footlong Tallahassee! Tried this several times and same thing so decided to call store and order but a very rude girl answered and said they don't have them and couldn't help me . Not sure why they are listed for order from their store but don't have the vault sandwich. Ended up ordering subs from Dominos much nicer! So disappointed with this local business

The food was really good but could have been better if the toasted sandwiches. could've been toasted as the toaster was broken. Usually they are excellent so the toaster being on the blink can be overlooked as long as it's not permanent (I don't think it will be for too long). Could use a refresher course on friendliness though. On a scale of 1 to 10 an 8 overall!!
Everything is back to normal now and I couldn't have been happier with my following visit and the staff seems to have stepped it up on the customer service and relations. A+ as far as I'm concerned!

To be honest, I am a very tolerant person and rarely leave poor reviews, but this Subway is seriously disappointing. For one thing, they aren’t always open, and will be randomly closed at odd hours or for days at a time. I am totally okay with that if it’s a consequence of Covid or being shorthanded.
However, what isn’t okay is the fact that when you order anywhere but IN the store (for example app or door dash) there is always SOMETHING wrong with the order. Like to the point that it’s shocking and confusing. It makes me question if the employees can read an order. Also, not to mention more than once while ordering via DoorDash our dasher has had to message us and say something along the lines of “sorry for the wait, there’s no one in here right now.” This just happened to my boyfriend and I again today.
And I have nothing against young employees usually, but I suspect that the issues with this Subway stem mainly from the immaturity of the employees. Every time I’ve been there with the exception of one time, there are teenagers behind the counter. I would say ages 20 and under are back there 90% of the time. They’re always kind and friendly and even funny, but clearly one or more of them that work here have a hard time getting a simple order right. And they are never ever busy, so there’s really no excuse for them to get those orders wrong.
The number of times we’ve had to request money back for completely botched door dash orders is staggering. I’m done coming here. It’s a waste. Get your door dash orders right, or stop accepting them. It’s not that hard.

I'm a Subway fan..... But this location is now a huge NO GO for me. Rude, unfriendly, and apparently to "woke" for me. Illinois mask
Mandate is over. I walked in and was greeted with " are you wearing a mask?" Although I was obviously not. I said "no" and was responded to with "we will not serve you unless your wearing a mask." I said "fair enough" walked out and took my business across the street to Jimmie John's....... The staff there were nice, friendly, efficient and they were happy to serve me without a mask. I know where my family and I will be spending our money from now on.
