Good food, fast! Amber served us throughout and she was impeccable, great to see someone with such passion for their job. She made us feel very comfortable and spoke through the menu, had a good laugh too! Generous portions, nachos were to die for!

Our first visit while down here on holiday and we would like to take the place home to the Cotswolds. Lovely friendly helpful staff happy to explain what was what, great choice of food and tasted fantastic. Lovely atmosphere to the place , would definitely visit again and recommend and Great price for the size of portions

As a Texan, I had pretty low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good burrito. Decent chips. Queso is lacking, but I knew it would be (even chipotle can’t get that right).

First time at Tortilla Lincoln, and the 2 ladies made me feel at ease, asked if I wanted water, explained what everything was and how much extra it is. Really appreciate the service they are a credit to your store. Food was packed full of flavour will definitely visit again.

First time trying this for a quick lunch. The staff were really helpful and discussed the choices with us before we decided what we wanted. They also checked on us to make sure everything was OK with our food.

I always feel the need to fall into Tortilla during my lunch breaks because of how amazing the food is!
It's a similar take to Subway in terms of choosing what you want. Helpful staff who are always happy to assist choosing if you're new in town. The last couple of times I've been, two lovely ladies, Amber and Maisie, have been really helpful and enthusiastic. It's evident they're both passionate at what they do and it's such a breath of fresh air!

We have had a lovely visit to Lincoln Tortilla, Amber and Maisie served us and they were friendly, professional and welcoming. We ordered three large burritos and three drinks and they were fantastic value for money and incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back xxx 5 star 🌟 service xxx

Tortilla Lincoln was clean and inviting, first time going there and was walked through the different filling available. The order was made quickly and efficiently. Paid and was sat down in under 2 minutes, Emma served with a smile and came to check everything was in order. Highly recommended to anyone hungry and in town centre!

All staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Customer service second to none. It was my first visit so wasn’t sure how to order. I was instantly put at ease and guided through the process and what choices were available. Food was delicious and great value.
