Great atmosphere, great food. We had the prawns, scallop, pork belly, chicken skewers and mushroom risotto. All delicious! Also tried the burnt cheesecake which was also super smooth and creamy. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant!

We had a great lunch with friends at Salt House Tapas. The staff are friendly and helpful but never intrusive. The food is delicious, freshly cooked to order and sufficiently large enough to satisfy. And the building is historic, interesting and industrial looking with exposed pipework, cream and green tiles and very high ceilings. We chose from the lunch menu - three dishes each for £17.95, with some extra bread, oil and aioli. We had (several!) bottles of wine (there were six of us), and water was happily provided too.

I came here for dinner with some work friends last night, amazing greeting from the staff. They were super friendly and made the experience so much more enjoyable. Food came really promptly and they were great portions for tapas, even got our Spanish friend’s stamp of approval! Big thanks to the managers Lidia and James and the other girls who served us that night 🫶🏼

Excellent food, ambiance, and service. We were at restaurant for almost two hours. Had wine and desert wine. Dealt well with nut allergies and well advised. Enjoyed the following food: 1. Crisp pork belly with black pudding and caramelized onion 2. Smoked paprika chicken skewer with honey chili glaze 3. Baby chorizo honey glazed 4 Meatballs in a spiced tomato with veal jus, crispy shallots and manchego 5. Spanish Cheese platter and quince paired with with Moscatel and Ximinez desert wines 6. A very refreshing salad.

Indeed a great Spanish restaurant, their dishes are amazing, I love the sizzling prawn the most, ox cheek is another must try. Services are great too, very attentive and welcoming. Their sangria tastes even better than many restaurants in Spain. Highly recommended.

We came here after we been last nigh to BACARO, owned by the same head-chef. I can say definitely it is just as fantastic, cosy and intimate, delicious and authentic tapas, the stand out dish for us was Hake fish! Also fab friendly staff. Defo check it out !

Immediately after walking in, it smelt delicious - like one of those Spanish buffets you get on holiday! The decor is nice and fitting. Waitress was lovely, she served us attentively and even poured our drinks for us. The main menu seemed a little expensive but we got the lunch menu which was a good deal. Food comes as it’s made here, not all at once, which I was particularly fond of since it’s fresh out of the kitchen. The risotto was a bit bland but the rest of the food was amazing, and special mention to the chorizo which was one of the best chorizo dishes i’ve ever had. It was so juicy and flavoursome. The sauce for the calamari was deliciously tart with a hint of lemon, which really complimented the squid. Jug of red sangria was delicious and a good portion for price.
