Nice place and vibrant atmosphere however service could improve. Firstly we were told that the early bird menu is no longer available (even though we were the early), then they tried to overcharged us- we had to show them their own menu to prove the correct price.

Such a lovely restaurant with a great area of the restaurant to hire for private parties and small gatherings. The staff are really friendly and the food is lovely. The outdoor space is great too with a really rustic mixed with modern decor. I would highly recommend as we were here recently for an event booking. I will be back soon socially too for a family meal!

Went with 2 adults and 2 children. We sat in the outside area in the sunshine and the seating area was lovely. The staff were very nice and chatted with our children. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The burgers were perfect and the childrens meals were large. Will go again.

Easter Bank Holiday day out to see the statues on Crosby Beach and called in here for a bite before our journey home. Busy little place, lovely atmosphere, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too. The outside eating area was lovely in the sunshine. There was an outside pizza oven, the pizzas were all individually cooked to order and looked delicious, wish I'd seen that before I ordered food off the main menu, but I wasn't disappointed with what I had. All was very nice, wish we lived closer so we could visit again!

Always a great place to go. Drank here many times, whether it be a casual midweek drink or weekend big occasion we've always been welcomed and given the same great service with a smile from lovely staff. I've only had food once or twice but never been disappointed with it. Great selection of beers and wines, if you've never been before give it a go. You won't be disappointed

We had my Mum's 80th birthday celebration here. I can't put into words how wonderful it was. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. As for the food it was delicious and plentiful. My Mum had a lovely afternoon. Really can't recommend this venue enough.

We have my mother funeral wake at the new living bar and grill area just around the corner from main restaurant. The staff was very helpful and give us a large area of the place for around 20 family members . The food was lovely and drinks well priced. Would go back for a nice after or evening out there . Yesterday had the best Christmas lunch here at This is Living (apart from my own of course)! Real turkey cut thickly, fresh veg, roasties just perfect with a very tasty root veg mash. Great food, great service, and great value for money. Three courses for just £10.95 to include Christmas crackers. Very festive 🎅🏼🎅🏼. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
