This is my go to coffee shop whilst at work. Staff are super friendly and efficient. I must mention the £25 per month coffee subscription which allows you 5 drinks per day at 30 minute intervals which is great value for money if you have 1 coffee a day (based on a 20 day working month).

I called in for a coffee a few weeks ago and my card did not work. The really nice lady who served me was really kind and helpful. Made me day! Highly recommended.

xxx STRONGLY RECOMMEND xxx PRET in Old Hall Street is my fav city coffee shop! There is a wide variety of breakfast foods - especially VEGAN - selection of fresh sandwiches, and of course great organic coffee ! Staff if Amazing - hard working and very helpful :)

We were in Pret a Manger in Old Hall rd Liverpool this week ordered a coffee and a hot milk and the young man serving us with such a pleasant manner waived the charge! (I presume he was the manager to be able to do this.) We were aghast at this random act of kindness.

Smart place to get your sandwich/salad/soup lunch and maybe a cake or biscuit too. The well spoken staff are very attentive. Not especially cheap, but good value

Very clean and organised Pret! Closing time week days is 17:30 and not 18:00 as google suggests. Friendly people and a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back for breakfast, lunch and possibly dinner 🥘 😁!

Central meeting point for the City’s business area opposite Old Hall Street entrance to Moorfield Station. Lots of seating so ideal for quick meetings and a coffee

Amazing staff, the guys went above and beyond for us. They really deserve some praise for the service here. Even during the busiest times they make you feel special. Will definitely return.
