I called in for a coffee a few weeks ago and my card did not work. The really nice lady who served me was really kind and helpful. Made me day! Highly recommended.

This is my go to coffee shop whilst at work. Staff are super friendly and efficient. I must mention the £25 per month coffee subscription which allows you 5 drinks per day at 30 minute intervals which is great value for money if you have 1 coffee a day (based on a 20 day working month).

There is a wide variety of breakfast foods - especially VEGAN - selection of fresh sandwiches, and of course great organic coffee !

We were in Pret a Manger in Old Hall rd Liverpool this week ordered a coffee and a hot milk and the young man serving us with such a pleasant manner waived the charge! (I presume he was the manager to be able to do this.) We were aghast at this random act of kindness.

Very clean and organised Pret! Closing time week days is 17:30 and not 18:00 as google suggests. Friendly people and a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back for breakfast, lunch and possibly dinner 🥘 😁!

Smart place to get your sandwich/salad/soup lunch and maybe a cake or biscuit too. The well spoken staff are very attentive. Not especially cheap, but good value
