11/10. My girlfriend and I got the £30 set menu and it was an incredible 3 course meal which included a bottle of wine each. Value for money was class, however, I was more taken back at how amazing the steak was. Would’ve paid £30 for the steak alone. Highly recommend, hidden gem of allerton road. Service great too!

I visited here tonight with my girlfriend. It was a lovely, warm experience. Live soft acoustic music, great service, and stunning food. We will be going back, most definitely. The food is on another level with a classy touch and half the price you pay in town.

First time visitors. Delighted to find there was a deal on that had 2 courses and a bottle of wine per person for £25. The food was very good and the fact that we could upgrade the house wine to one of your choice for a small supplement. The service was excellent, friendly and informed. Many thanks to our waitress.

Everyone was lovely and very helpfully, and thankfully, managed to squeeze us into a busy Sunday service. We were in the local area and searched the top rated places - we weren’t disappointed! The food was well cooked and seasoned, with good Sunday roast choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Would recommend, but perhaps be prepared and pre-book to guarantee a space! Thanks for having us.

Lovely meal here this evening - we had the salt and pepper halloumi and two roast dinners.
The staff are very helpful and attentive, and the food is well priced.
The reason I've not given 5 stars is because the roast potatos were dry and waxy, very hard to cut through - and the vegetarian option could be something better like a nut roast, rather than another piece of veg ☺ overall very nice though!
