Two female staff to busy chatting about an Everton gift bought whilst a disabled lady had to wait for the oven to warm up. She bought a toastie in a bag and was told by the Woman serving that someone forgot to put the oven on. The lady waited 20 minutes then went back to her chat with no apology...disgusting !!!
Used discount priority app and they would not give me the discount very disappointing
Badly put together. Cheese in big clump. Filled with sorry looking lettuce. And bulked up with 2 ton onion. There was more butter on than the pickle which i had to hunt for . So disappointed. I always get the ploughman's from here cos they usually so nice .... may be a quiet word to butty maker needed
