Went into the food hall on Queens Drive Liverpool on 22nd December 2022 at 7.30am was having difficulty finding the items I needed spoke to a member of staff who went above and beyond to find the items for me. Well done Helen at a time when you were really busy, very early in the morning 2 days before Christmas your customer service was excellent. You deserve the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you.

Well stocked lovely shop with friendly staff. We bought (amongst other things) Chicken in Red Wine, Truffled Cauliflower Cheese and Potato Gratin Dauphinois - wow, they were delicious!

Excellent service throughout. Lovely to see social distancing is being enforced. Lots of variety available in all food sections. Staff were a joy to be around and extremely helpful.

Car park gets extremely busy, so can take a while to get off, but that is down to city council phasing of lights and not the store
TIP don't try to beat car park queue by parking in Stag and Rainbow car park, they use number plate recognition and car park is for patrons only, you'll end up with a hefty parking ticket through the post

I shop in this store quite often, staff are always polite and friendly and the store always looks nice with good availability.
My 2 grandaughters won a colouring competion and were thrilled with the goody bag they received from Helen and the staff. Thanks everyone .

I visit this M & S on the occasions when I am staying with my son quite close to this store. I usually visit early morning when I have walked my grandson to school. I have always found the staff at this store extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who is on the checkout about 8.45am. (I am told he is probably the gentleman known as 'Scottish Steve'). It is a real pleasure to greet him in the mornings. I look forward to my next visit.
