Come here often as my children love it. I was getting a sausage roll for my 3 year old and she needed the toilet. First went in the toilet and noticed it was absolutely filthy & no toilet roll, so came back out to ask for some, staff member …

I was refused to get food as I had a dog.
No signs placed on doors to inform customers. Very embarrassing when a member of staff have to inform you in front of many people. This all can be avoided if adequate signs are in place.

If I'd wanted a cold pastie id have bought one from Iceland for a quarter of the price. Staff were nice enough but advised they cant heat them up. Why not ? An utterly depressing experience

Place needs more staff, it was filthy, the only bin was overflowing with wrappers hanging out of it.
There was food all over the floor and the toilet was a mess the whole room …

I don't normally put reviews but have visited this Greggs a few times . Phil - the manager is a credit to Greggs a person who takes pride in his work and a joy with customers wonderful interaction with the general public. The food is always hot and everything nice and neat - my goto Greggs. Wonderful !
