Great place for coffee, staff member Beth was lovely, she even remembered me from long ago and despite it can get busy she always has a smile on her face!! Really recommend 10 out of 10!!
I ordered quite a customized coffee and she made it PERFECT what else can you ask for?!?!

It’s a Costa, so I like the coffee. Good view out of the Mechano Liver Bird and for general people watching from the windows at the front.

No GF cherry Bakewells. Card machine not working but staff were lovely. Tables kept clean and clear. Coffee was just what I needed! Great!

Been to this Costa twice. It is on the first floor of the Next store and is accessed via an escalator or lift. Next and Costa have only been open a few weeks.
The shop is bright with big windows overlooking the carpark. A few shrubs have been planted round one side of the carpark, but the view is not very good if you like trees and flowers to look at.
Costa's coffee was up to it's usual standard but the loud music played in the shop I found intrusive. There again if you are young you might like loud music. I myself like to relax and converse with whomever I am with.
Visited 9th October 2020 during lockdown for Covid 19. Did not stop as few tables being used and no empty tables available.

Was in next with my two young sons. We treated ourselves to cake for one fruit for the other, coffee for dad. The costa was clean the coffee was good and the service was efficient. Would recommend.
