Store was clean, partners were in the cafe frequently to clear and clean tables. Service was fast and the drink was made correctly. The aesthetic of the store may be a bit sterile, but it is nice that is it new and clean.

Just visited for lunch . The staff are all so friendly and helpful. My dog was made very welcome and enjoyed a pupachino after she had visited the royal hospital as a pets as therapy dog. Highly recommended

Very quiet not much atmosphere, service was good but only 3 customers including me.

They serve teas, coffees and hot chocolate and were close to where we needed to go next so served a good meeting place for me and my colleagues. Service was quick early in the morning and the staff were polite. You had to ask for the key to use the toilet but what do you expect it's located in Liverpool.

Good atmosphere, good relaxing music, usual range of drinks and snacks you'd expect from a starbucks. Visited at about 9am and it wasn't too busy plenty of seats. Right opposite royal hospital. Would have given 5 stars if there were a few more couches

The only place for coffee, it's smoother than others and I wouldn't go anywhere else bar here, the staff are brilliant and friendly

Spent 3.5 hours in here doing work today, great place for working, free wifi, tasty beverages. Only spotted one plug point though so make sure you're charged up before you come.

It's a Starbucks, not much else to say really. Nice staff, most stuff in stock whenever I've been.

The fruit toast is the best. Wish they wouldn't use that chocolate syrup in the mochas it spoils the taste. If you need a mocha go to Nero it's much better.
