Grand National Bar

We used the Park for our daughter's wedding and we could not have picked a better venue. All the staff were totally committed to making the day special. It was like they were a part of the family....they were that determined to make the whole day go off as planned. A special shout out to Becky who was there from start to finish and a thank you too to Phil for his management of the whole day. A thank you to the bar staff and catering staff who without their hard work behind the scenes wouldnt have made the day the success it was. I am one happy Father of the Bride. Thank you all.

Stayed here last night 19/1/24 for my brothers 90th birthday party and also stayed last August for another birthday party - both occasions were fab… I love staying here - it’s a lovely hotel and the staff are just great! We’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza and despite its airs and graces, and city centre riverside location, I honestly don’t think it compares to The Park - especially the yummy breakfast which is actually cooked for you to order, then served by lovely staff… I sadly didn’t get the name of the lady who served us this morning, but she was a gem… can’t praise The Park highly enough!! Really fab… thanks for a great night! 💖💖🎊🍷🎉

Location was good for getting in and out of Liverpool. Rooms were clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. Our room was at the front of the hotel and quite warm but due to noise out front until around 1:30am from a function, window kept closed. Not that it made much difference. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed a drink in the bar area. Bar staff were very helpful.

Inside hotel is lovely, rooms are a bit dark, could do with more lighting in the rooms, and our room was roasting hot. But function rooms and bar area are lovely. Breakfast, was continental with full breakfast too , food was lovely. Location is handy for motorway.. only negative is the actual grounds of the hotel- there isn't any outside space , but this is because it's location is on a main road and was probably built for convenience of the location .
