Miller & Carter Otterspool

My wife I had the pleasure to dine at Miller & Carter Otterspool at lunchtime today. From walking through the door the experience was brilliant. Emilia who looked after us during our stay was a credit to your company, providing good friendly service throughout in a very pleasant location with a nice atmosphere. We made our selection from the two course set menu which was very much to our liking . We would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to our family and friends based on today’s visit. Look forward to doing all over again very soon, and thank you all.

We came for a birthday meal to Miller and Carter on Saturday, we had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and we’re seated to our table quickly. My husbands steak (fillet)was slightly under cooked but this issues was sorted within ten minutes and a fresh steak was offered. Our food was lovely and the portion sizes were very generous! The waitress(Mia) was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Our server Emilia was amazing! Very kind and polite. Nothing was to much for her. Emilia’s personality shone throughout our service and made our night evening better. All the other staff that brought us drinks or sat us down were also amazing and we could not fault any of the service. The food came in good time and well present as always. The Otterspool restaurant is not our closest but is our favourite and we always book there when possible. Amazing team well done.

Excellent quality food and a very good range of fine wines and beers to compliment this pleasant restaurant. Staff are very efficient and friendly too. Ella was our waitress on Valentine's 24, she was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking on site, good accessibility for disabled, with parking and toilets.

Nice little treat for me and the misses. Booked this online, and despite getting there early, they were more than welcome to sort a table. Location was secluded, quiet basically out the way from busy roads. 3-4 pm on sunday in February, which was nice. Mia, our server was polite, laid back approach and despite ourselves too excited to get our words out. Knew exactly what we wanted, not to mention the best recommendations. The starters; cheddar mushrooms and sticky chicken, were fantastic. Requested to swap the chilli jam for Bbq sauce no problem at all. The food was absolutely amazing. What looked like Onion loaf was unexpected and didn't stay on plate long. Mixed nicely with the dripping sauce. The same applied for the Sirlion and Fillet. They didn't disappoint. The presentation was flawless. Ingredients were never connected with other ingredients. Fries were in a pot, as much as the same way the sauce was. I requested it medium rare and came out superb. Definitely mouth watering. Partner raised the bar and wanted her Fillet blue, and by her reaction, she enjoyed it. Think the highlight was the dripping sauce. the amount of flavour just blended perfectly in with Sirlion. Would definitely return here in the future.

Incredible food, clean and tidy inside, phenomenal value for money. Food was hot, well-presented and great quality. Our server, Ella, was incredible too. Very attentive, pleasant and accommodated all of our requests and needs. We couldn't name her in the survey we got given at the end but we got told on the way out so we're doing it now! It's my first time try a M&C restaurant and I will be returning. 10/10, thank you.
