Francesca's Pizza And Italian Kitchen

This place is freaking amazing, The food is phenomenal, I have the chicken parm dinner and loved every bite. So much food on the plate,literally took home a second meal. My friend had chicken with mushrooms and absolutely loved it, she too took home a second meal. They also served fresh warm garlic bread, yum! The staff was super friendly and courteous, the food came out fresh and fast. I love the fact when you pull in the parking lot you can smell the garlic in the air. I can't wait to go back.

I was fresh off work starving like marvin and decided to pull up to Francesca’s pizza and Italian kitchen in Liverpool, MAAN! let me tell you, best decision ever!!! Not only was the ladies at the counter nice they were excellent with the service. I ordered the chicken riggies and there new flavor of wings called “Carolina Gold” mixed with hot and as you can see i ididnt even have time to take a photo before i devoured my plate! 10 out of 10 flavors 10 out of 10 service, i need to go back now and re order again. If your hungry please i implore you to try Francesca’s pizza and Italian kitchen in Liverpool You will not regret it. 🍾🧑🏽‍🍳❤️

Called yesterday with a very large order for our family Sunday dinner (12 people ) . Gabriella who took the order was very detailed and was sure to go over the entire order to assure us nothing was left out. We picked up the order at the pre requested time slot. Everything was packaged nicely and piping hot. The food was all absolutely delicious and perfectly presented. Everyone raved about all the different meals we had. Thanks so much for always hitting the mark when we have a chance to visit. We very much appreciate you all..

Food was excellent. My complaint is that my meal came out right away and my wife's 20 minutes later. Since I did want each of us to eat alone I waited. My food got cold. I sent it back to be warmed up. There was no problem and everyone was very nice, even gave us the option of a free dessert or reduction of the bill. I would think they would have coordinated better so we could eat together. That happens in most restaurants.

Gabriella, Ali & Kate are da bomb!!! Just the service from these lovely ladies are a reason to eat here! When you're here, you're family! Chicken Parm, Utica Greens, Chicken Riggies and the House Bread are to DIE for! Absolutely Delicious!!! Come hungry because the food portions are BIG!!! See you here!

Super fast service and delicious food. We waited 5 minutes to order and waited 10 minutes for our food. When you walk in, you order at the counter, they give you a number, and you choose a table to sit at. Food is then brought to your table. Francesca's was super busy, but they ran like a perfectly wound clock. People would come in for takeout, plus people were dining in. The tables would be cleaned as people left, and there wasn't anyone waiting more than 10 minutes. This restaurant is amazing, and we will definitely be coming back. I only regret not knowing about Francesca's sooner!!

Arrived with a large group and it was packed so we were prepared for a wait (FYI it’s seat yourself but they do take reservations), but to our happy surprise food started coming out quick and hot. Everyone’s food was delicious, service was quick and attentive, and portions were so big everyone had leftovers. Definitely recommend the vodka Riggies. Always worth the visit !

I ordered delivery because I was staying at a hotel in the area. I've never ordered from this restaurant before. The menu online has different prices, old prices. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with alfredo sauce on rigatoni, it's now 17.99. But it's a huge order! I think I'm going to make three meals out of it! The chicken is very tender, the sauce is really creamy and good, it's a lot of sauce though! I also ordered the garlic bread come here it comes in a small loaf already sliced. Good. I asked for some Parmesan cheese on the side, they didn't forget it! Often times places forget the Parm when I ask for it. I paid with my card and asked her to put a 20% tip on it for me. I was very happy that she actually put the tip on the subtotal of the food, and not the total after food, delivery fee, and tax! Sometimes places do a tip on top of all those other fees. So I was very happy that they didn't do that! Thanks Francesca's! I'll order from you again. Next time I'll order pizza!

Update: Most recent visit was amazingly delicious and faster than ever! I'm always impressed at the speed of which the food comes out. I also really appreciated the activity on the floor this time. The staff was active at tables cleaning up and getting people take home containers while the place was busy. It wasn't always like this, but it made the experience even better. Enjoy!! This is fast food Italian and it's fantastic. The garlic bread and knots, smothered as it should be in garlic and butter, they are amazing!!! The pasta always seems to be cooked perfectly and both the marinara and vodka sauces are uniquely delicious. I don't think it's possible to be disappointed in any of the food made here, every experience has been wonderful. The selection of pizza during lunch is impressive as well, something for everyone. The inside is a small relaxed setting to enjoy your meal or you can always pick up or have something delivered!!

Visiting Syracuse for the second time this year. Previously went to Amores right down the road, which was very good, but wanted to try a different pizza place. Four slices of pizza, garlic knots, and three drinks for 19 bucks was an amazing deal. Pepperoni pizza had a bit of spice, cheese was good, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza was awesome. Their menu is pretty big and I wanted to order about 30 things because there was so many options. Pasta dishes, subs, baked dishes, etc. everything I saw being prepared and eaten looked awesome. The desserts looked fantastic, but unfortunately we were too full to eat any. Will for sure be back if we make our way through Liverpool again.
