Kfc

Upon entering we noticed that the windows and doors were filthy. This should have been my first clue to leave. But I didn't. The young lady on the register was kind and efficient. But it took 7 minutes to get our order and while waiting we were watching. There was no cleaning, including hand washing and no gloves until the manager put on one glove to hand food out, not prepare it. After receiving our food I noticed that my chicken was so old it was dehydrated and dried up akin to pork rinds. It was disgusting. I will never return to this location again. Unreal.

I was at 7th North location Last Night.. and the person ( Andrew) who took my order could not hear what I was saying because the air fans .. when I asked him to repeat and asked him to Reinstate what I asked him... Seemed to be slightly annoyed... .. then after ordering a 37 dollar meal rolled his eyes when I asked for condiments I felt the amount of condiments words sufficient after walking away from me.. he exclaimed and huffy .. I said thank you and left ... Absolutely in happy with service... Food was super fresh .. and he never tried to upsell me I was expecting him to try to upsell or offer a different similar food plan...

The chicken pieces were large and better quality than a few years ago. The impossible nuggets also large and flavourful. The sides however were small . The mashed and mac and cheese were hot but the fries were old and luke warm as well as containing pieces that didn't qualify as fries. In order to justify a $26.00 price tag sides need to be fresh ,all hot and larger portion.

Chicken was DRIPPING GREASE. HAD TO SOAK OFF GREASE WITH NAPKINS B4 I COULD EVEN EAT IT. They didn't bother to pay attention to any of the orders. My son had to go back in and get one of his things because he didn't want beans and he got beans. Receipt said NO BEANS. Ordered extra gravy didn't get it, I wanted Mac and cheese and got mashed pot and gravy instead. Spent 31.00 and food quality and quantity wasn't worth 10.00 for all we got. Very disappointed in employees service and how things were handled. Got NO APOLOGIES for mistakes made.

I came into town and stayed next to KFC on 7th north st. It was about 9:30ish on a Saturday and we ordered a 3pc meal and chalupas . My food was cold and my sprite was soda water. My husband went in and spoke with Hailey. ( I'm a GM at a restaurant in Clearwater Fl. ) I'm giving this a great review because of how Hailey approached the situation and handled it GREAT ! She appologized without and attitude an showed empathy and fixed the issue. She was very busy and the staff was sluggish. Great job Miss Hailey !! Because of her I left very happy. This young lady should get a raise for her performance and professionalism !!! Thank you ;-)
