Last Friday had a brilliant end to a day on the ale with freinds, first town.
Then local on my own just heading to the Spoons when spotted another friend, we ended up in here he had 1 and I stayed for Karaoke 🎤 plenty having a go which is always fun.. and plenty of people dancing and encouraging others to join in which was great fun...

I have always liked this place. It was the first place I ever got served! A great bit place, with a lot of TV screens for the sport lovers. A good selection of ales, wines, beers and spirits. Great customer service too.

We are sadly losing our landmark public houses at an alarming rate I hope the same fate doesn't befall this place? I don't think it will though as it's a lively vibrant pub with lots to offer . I particularly like live music and this is a mainstay here. The licensee seams to have got on top of some of the more offputting elements and this has greatly improved what has always been the heart of the community.

Lived in this area for over 2 years never fancied it. Went in with a mate the other week, I love it. New owners hilarious and fun punters. Karaoke, boss people. Cheap enough beer. Top staff it's brilliant.
