We went in today with 4 people that we support, would just like to thank the staff for being amazing with them all. Especially Tom, all made to feel so welcome. Thanks again will definitely be returning

First visit usually visit Costa , I personally prefer the flat white from Costa the one from Starbucks was more milky but obviously this is just my preference there was nothing wrong with the coffee.
The service was very slow but they were extremely busy so that would probably account for it.
The staff were friendly and I like the idea asking your name so they can call you when your order is ready.

Went to this starbucks shop 2x. First was a good experience, efficient staff. Clean toilet. The 2nd time today 22 July, on google map it says opens at 0700 but when we were there. Store still close, there was 1 female staff at the till but looks like not opening the door at 0700. They better update the store opening/closing times.

I've dropped one star for atmosphere, no fault of the staff, the place was very busy so shoulder to shoulder doesn't exactly make for a relaxing coffee! I'm sure on a less busy day it's 5 stars across the board.

My daughters favourite coffee shop. Just had drinks so can't comment on the food but they had a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. It was a sunny day so we sat outside as they have a few tables. Inside was clean and the staff were friendly. They didn't have any medium cups the day I went so they upgraded me to large latte for no extra charge, always a bonus. My daughter always has the iced caramel frappe which she says are the best around. Standard coffee shop prices.
