Poor customer service. Unprofessional and incompetent staff behaviour at the till. Dirty and miserable place. The food is simply nonsense and waste. We’ve paid premium prices for microwave miserable food. AVOID AVOID AVOID I’ve ordered “Our Famous Chicken Curry” it came super hot but the chicken was frozen. They’ve refused to return it back, and I had I eat just the small portion of the rice. My partner had a beef lasagne, it came with just minced beef covered of cheese with super hot melted cheese and frozen beef in the lower layers. Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your money there.

Zero stars. One of the worst places I've had the misfortune of visiting in my life. Service was ridiculously slow, staff seemed to have the get up and go of a stoned teenager. Waited absolutely ages to be served. Prices were ridiculous for food & drink. I suggested to my wife we leave after we had queued about 15 minutes to order but she was desperate for the toilet and my kids were hungry. My wife said the toilets were up about 3 flights of stairs and were dirty. Place was dirty, sticky, untidy & as mentioned - the staff didn't want to be there. Kicking myself for not dragging my family out.

Visited the cafe for the first time today.Lovely,spacious cafe .Fab menu to choose from .I had jacket potato,with tuna mayo and salad .It was the biggest potato I have ever had and the tuna was served with a wedge of lemon.Which I thought was a nice touch.The young lady who served me,Lesley had excellent customer service skills.It was a lovely experience and I will be visiting again soon .Toilets were up several flights of stairs which I find a lot of Llandudno cafes are .Only negative point was I thought it was expensive £27:20 for 2 jacket pots and a coffee and a diet coke but I will visit again👍

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would, we paid a visit here today firstly the Coffee Machine was broken and no Coffee arrived after we were told it would be brought over to us when ready and so we had to go back to the Counter and remind the waitress that we were waiting for the Coffee the spoons for all the drinks were all dipped into a "Milky Water" once used to stir other brewed drinks, overlooking this we then ordered and paid for Chicken and Chips for our Lunch, whilst waiting my friend paid a visit to the Ladies, when she came back she said it was up two flights of stairs and not very clean. Then our Lunch came. My Chicken was dark and dry, hers was very pink underneath near the bone and she did not feel safe to eat it. So as not to cause any embarrassment to the staff she caught they eye of our waitress who came over and my friend explained that she could not eat the chicken and we asked her to take both lunches away. We did not ask for a refund or get upset or anything like that but the girl offered a refund to us. Then a second waitress came over and was more than EXTREMELY RUDE to us. She said there was not going to be any refund for the food and that the Chef had inspected the food and it was perfectly OK to eat and that they had taken photos of it just in case we wanted to complain to the Heath and Hygiene department. We then said to her, it was Pink near to the bone and she indicated that we didn't know what we were talking about and was getting very angry with us talking over us whilst she was clearing the table behind us. At 68 and 66 and both if us having completed a Food Health and Hygiene courses for the food industry I think we know when food is safe or not. So NO we will not be frequenting this place again and will now warn others not to eat at this establishment either

Can’t believe how poor the service is here. Given 2 coffees, very weak and overflowing into the saucers. This was noticed by a young waitress who was rushing around so busy as there wasn’t enough staff. She took it away and bought us more coffee. We waited quite a while for the food, which was well below par especially for the price. Before we left we needed the toilet, which was up a couple of flights is stairs. We could smell them before we even got to them. Disgusting stinky toilets, but we were desperate and had no choice. Management need to supply more staff and fumigate the toilets and have a toilet downstairs for disabled customers. Would never go back or recommend, apart from the young overworked waitress that attended us.

What a shambles of a place!!! Worst cafe I have ever been to… firstly the service was extremely slow and poor. Then my daughter wanted to try a luxury Oreo milkshake which sounded amazing and looked amazing from the pictures. Well what a stupid mistake we made by stepping foot through the door. They didn’t even know about an Oreo milkshake and had to read the menu to see what was in it… then she said she had never done it and would have to ask… it took ages, they then didn’t know how to use the blender!!!! Really?! Staff are rude and not helpful at all. The chocolate eclair tasted rank like the cream was out of date… would never ever visit this place again, even if it was the only coffee shop left.

Been here 25 minutes and still not served. 1 member of staff doing everything...ridiculous...oh, and now told there's a long wait for food. And £12 for a pannini. I think we have made a big mistake. Avoid unless you are rich and very patient!!! Update following the eventual arrival of the 'food'. It was barely edible, luke warm panini and the chips had been standing for a good while. Probaby while the 'chef' , who everyone was told was very busy, was in the toilet for 10 minutes. How he could be busy, within only two tables of the 30+ available were occupied, is hard to comprehend. Avoid even if you are rich and patient!!!

The single star was for the friendly staff!! My heavily pregnant daughter needed a sit down and some lunch so the 4 of us decided to try this cafe out....wish we hadn't, my other half ordered the supremo breakfast and my daughter and her friend had a vegetarian breakfast each, I had chicken strips, 3 lattes and a peppermint tea...it totalled to just under £50! I had 3 chicken strips on a bed of lettuce with mayo dip, all the breakfasts were just running with grease, the vegetarian sausages couldn't even be cut and were solid, suffice to say the food was left. I did take a couple of pictures but unfortunately it just doesn't show the poor quality of the food. There was a piece of black pudding on the supremo breakfast that looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it! The beans were obviously kept on a warmer and were clumpy and dry, everything was deep fried apart from the solid fried eggs and the tomato halves. Definitely will not be going here again and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone!!
