The Halfway Llanelli

We had Sunday lunch here on the weekend as a family and the food was outstanding. Beautifully cooked, plenty of flavour, portions were generous and the tarragon flavour in the red cabbage, cheese sauce on the cauliflower and broccoli, paprika on the butternut squash tasted so nice. It’s lovely to see somewhere local using not so common flavours and ingredients on a Sunday lunch. The desserts were also delicious and the service…fantastic. Staff were so attentive and intuitive. My son wasn’t sure if he’d like the whisky caramel sauce on the ice cream and without me having to even ask. The waitress brought out a little pot of it for him to try first. You can’t train that kind of service. We were really impressed. We will definitely go back and I would suggest everyone go and give them a try.

Came here for a family birthday meal yesterday. We all had different meals and everyone cleared their plates! Such a wide choice on the menu as well as the addition of different meals such as chicken katsu curry and penang curry which is a nice change. The service was excellent, the waitress who served us was very accommodating when my nephew wanted to change his meal. We would definitely eat here again, the atmosphere was great.

Visited The Halfway for the first time this week and was not disappointed. The food was amazing and reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely, very friendly and often checking to see if we were happy with everything. Also ensuring we had drinks as we were nearing the end of the glass 😊 Will definitely visit again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
