Best Falafel we have ever eaten :) Nice fresh & delicious and good price !
I do doubt you will ever get this quality and price anywhere in the UK.
I bet you will eat once and would like to go again.

Smack in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush Market, opposite the Shepherd’s Bush Market tube station, there is a no-frills little restaurant with a few tables and chairs scattered around, and this unassuming place makes stupendous falafel wraps. Mr Falafel, in my opinion, is London’s most underrated, understated, most delicious falafel joint. I lived really close to Mr Falafel until a few years ago, and worked not very far away either, and I was first introduced to it by a colleague who couldn’t stop talking about it. “Ah the deluxe wrap at Mr Falafel”, he’d say, “the best there is”. So I had to give it a go, of course.

The falafel was cooked to order, which ensured it was as fresh as could be, and it was indeed very good, better even than the falafel wrap at Borough Market, which I used to think was great (I returned to Borough Market a few days later to try the falafel wrap there again, having not been for quite a while - the difference in quality was clear).

A great place to go in cold weather. We were greeted warmly by the chefs/cooks/falafel-makers/angels who took our order and made our wraps on the spot. I got a Falafel & Ful Medames wrap which was about the length of my forearm, but thicker in terms of width. The mashed broad beans in my wrap was just what I needed for that cold afternoon - it wasn't too mushy yet had a satisfying texture, much like having warm baby food. Except I don't remember how baby food tastes like, but I hope you know what I mean anyway. I can't tell for sure what was what in my wrap because the beans covered everything, and it was like one big yummy mess. But I'm sure the falafel tasted good. There was a perfect amount of veggies in the wrap as well, and the perfect kind. I've been a victim of onion overload in my Subway subs (well then I guess you can't blame the chefs, because you create your own sub after all...) but the pickles in this wrap were, although distinct, not too overbearing in its taste and fit in fine. The chilli was not too spicy yet not too mild, a good in-between level to add a little something to the wrap. (I guess this depends on the individual)

On our last few bites, our eyes started to hover to the menu to select our next prey. Next time I'm getting a Falafel & Spicy Potatoes wrap, with additional feta cheese for 40p.

"See you," we yelled to the chefs as we stepped out into the bloody cold, "very very soon!"

I had a bite off my friends' Supreme Falafel wraps, and it was the feta cheese which stole my heart. It complimented all the tasty stuff so well.

I went to Mr Falafel a second time and didn't order any falafel.

It was a mistake, but I didn't feel too bummed about it – I only realised after finishing my Vegetable Cocktail wrap (£3.50) which had no falafel in it, so beware, if you want some falafel in your wrap! The flavours and spices were great - they danced around my mouth excitedly. The sauces oozed out of the warm, delicious Lebanese flatbread, and the vegetables were colourful and tasty.

The 'Vegetable Cocktail Wrap' was "served with fried florets of cauliflower and fried potatoes including fried aubergines, garlic sauce, lemon juice, and our usual pickles and sauces." Of course, due to the hungry state that I was in, I immediately assumed that there was going to be falafel in the wrap which did not state anything about containing falafels.

Nevertheless, the wrap was delicious, I really didn't mind not having falafels in it.

The flavours and spices were great – they danced around my mouth excitedly. The sauces oozed out of the warm, delicious Lebanese flatbread, and the vegetables were colourful and tasty.

A small, humble place, with limited seating, but great, big, falafel wraps which are great to enjoy with friends.

I love this restaurant. Every time I come to London from Scotland, it's worth the extra miles to come here. I have tried others as a last result but it doesn't beat this place. The people are lovely and generous portions. I cannot complain. The choices on the menu are a selection. Everyone I ask have said they have been coming here for years. I would be doing the same if I was local. I highly recommend for clean, reasonable priced, fresh and filling food. This is the place to go. I am so happy the name is simple so if you forget, it's not hard to find on Google. I am on my way today and will be adding pictures for sure. I only travelled 500 miles😊

I eat at this place every time I come to London. By far, this place makes the best falafels. The falafel sandwich is so delicious, fresh, filling and has lots of veggies. The service is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Best falafel I have ever had no exaggeration, made fresh to order. Delicious no nonsense fresh food with top quality ingredients. Restaurant is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and kind. I’ve already recommended to all my family and friends and most definitely will be eating here time and time again. I just wish they had a branch close to me, I would be there every day.

We were looking for a good falafel place around the area and came across this place. After tasting the wraps I would say these are hands down the best wraps I've had in London. We got wraps 9 and 10 on the menu which were a generous size and very filling. The wraps were clean and wrapped nicely and the ingredients were fresh and flavour was authentic. We will definitely be visiting again and trying other items on the menu.

One of my best finds ever ! Without exception the BEST falafel wrap I have ever had outside the Middle East. Falafels seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tahini source was on par, if not better than I have had on my travels to the middle east. Perfect accompaniment of pickles, hummus and herbs. Service was fast and hygiene standards very high. One of my very few SIX star establishments. Highly recommended. A true mecca for food lovers.

Falafel wrap is good, aubergines are great. They should increase the amount of fries that come with the combo as it's tiny. Also the service could be quicker. Overall it's good.
