Flat Iron Shoreditch

Me and my partner were walking around Shoreditch and decided last minute to have some food. We would never thought that randomly choosing a famous place would bring us so much joy and satisfaction and in such a short visit! And that’s what happened at Flat Iron Shoreditch! The staff was so kind and attentive to us from the moment we stepped in until we walked away. The manager at the door took us to a nice corner table, with a big smile on his face and a cup full of delicious popcorn, making sure we were feeling comfy and at home. The waiter gracefully took over the service and was well prepared to recommend us his favorites on the menu. The lovely smokey smell coming from the kitchen just made us more hungry! And good thing it did, because everything we had was so tasteful and well prepared. But big shot out to the Bavette and the mac n cheese! These were spectacular! And when we thought we couldn’t take no more… There was the ice cream! The whole experience was 5 out of 5 stars. What a lovely surprise for a Monday night. Can’t wait to be back for another round. Thanks everyone!!

I recently visited Flat Iron and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, even though there was a 30-minute wait for our table, our details were promptly taken. While we strolled around Shoreditch, we received a text notification just 15 minutes later to inform us that our table was ready. Once we were seated in the cosy atmosphere, the staff proved to be exceptionally friendly, and the food was nothing short of amazing. I opted for the well-done Flat Iron steak, which was served with delicious fries. However, I must highly recommend the garlic mash, which we got to share. I wasn't too keen on the macaroni, even though I didn't order it – but hey, sharing is caring, right? 😄 In summary, Flat Iron didn't disappoint in the slightest. To top it off, they provided these adorable chopper knife tokens, which you could exchange for a delectable free ice cream. Thank you, Flat Iron, for a truly memorable dining experience!

We had a wonderful time at this Flat Iron when we stayed for a couple days in London. Food is fantastic, Flat Iron steak, Scottish bavette, Crispy bone marrow garlic mash, Creamed spinach, Truffled macaroni cheese and Chips. Also to mention the popcorn as a starter! Excellent. Service very good. The hostess was very kind and of course we had ice cream when we left. Prices are also very good for what you get. Worth recommending! To be honest, a must!!

My partner and I have visited a couple of Flat Iron restaurants in London, but this was by far the best! The food was perfect, there was such a comfortable and fun environment and all the staff were so unbelievably friendly!! A massive shoutout to Antimo for giving us the best date my partner and I have been on in years!! It was his birthday and he couldn’t stop talking about how perfect it was! Our waiter Alexe was also so welcoming and funny too! It was honestly the perfect evening and my partner had the BEST birthday!! We love you Flat Iron!!

First time customer. I've always heard of Flat Iron and finally went here with my sister. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. The sides of truffle mac and cheese and chips were delicious. We were given a cup of fresh popped Popcorn 🍿 which was a nice start to the meal. We ended the meal with these cute little carving knife tokens to get an ice cream 🍦 cone to eat on the way home. The ice cream tasted like the one you get from the ice cream van. I'll definitely be back again. I'll probably get a cocktail next time.
