The Gojk

So visited this restaurant for the Papa L kitchen 8 course dining experience. First thing that struck me was the customer service/hospitality as soon as you walk in. Decor is amazing, background music is A1, artwork selection is just pleasing to the eye. There was an array of wine on display but unfortunately wasn't all included in the menu choices. The food was amazing (the sauces were heavenly); For a pop up event, it was well executed and deserves a 10/10. Last but not least, the cocktails and wine. Tequila shot looks good but is quite strong so be careful with that one.

We were just on a week long trip to London. While strolling around Kensington we came across this lounge and decided to stop in for a late night dinner. It was amazing! The food and the staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and warm. Our food was some of the best we had of all the places we went the entire trip. And our bartender made us the best mint, honey and lemon tea. It was so delicious that we went back a second time the night before we left. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles as we were remembered from a few nights before. Our bartender made us tea with flowers that bloomed in a glass in front of us. It was pretty amazing to watch. Both of us agree it was our favorite food place of the whole trip. Great experience! We will make it a regular stop whenever we are in London. Hands Down.... @the_gojk was absolutely AMAZING....the food was exceptionally tantalising- Like seriously the flavours exploded in your mouth differently, succulent, sweet- it was an experience for real....you know I LOVE food- this was IT. EVERY dish exceeded expectation.....if you are a foody you REALLY need to get down there. The setting is also intimate, the drinks/cocktails were good, the staff are extremely attentive and hospitable, the location, and decor was a vibe.

My girlfriend and I went to London as our last stop before going home. She stumpled on The Gojk. She found out that it was wheelchair accessible and we thought it's worth a try. I'm so glad we did as the food is excellent as well as the service. The owners take pride in what they do and they are very involved in the workings of the resturaunt. We both had the Grilled avacado as a starter, the baby corn-fed chicken for the main course, and the PAPA-Lova as a desert. Ohhhhh man it was so tasty.

Went to the Gojk last night for my birthday dinner and it was superb. Beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere, playing some great music in the background. My 80 year old dad was dancing in his seat! Great cocktails, the bar man/owner made a custom non-alcoholic cocktail that would be my summer drink of choice, right blend of refreshing and sweet. The service was exceptional they really care about whether you’re happy but above anything else the food is amazing! I had the sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection, my fussy eater dad was very impressed. Cassava fries are delicious too. Other guests with me are the Salmon and ribs. All agreed the food is absolutely delicious. I managed to squeeze in the Papa-lova which was amazing. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go again!

A repeat visit and just as lovely as the first. Will become a local for sure. Run by a dynamic duo with an excellent (and very accommodating) chef on-board. A killer menu, from wild red mullet to wagyu burger & cassava fries... I mean, yum! I wish I had saved room for dessert. All the more reason to come back. This is a neighbourhood gem.

My second dinner at The Gojk last night. The food is just lovely, service is attentive, genuine and caring. I had the sole and some lovely courgette tempura to start. Wine list a excellent too. I really love this local restaurant. It's still relatively new and building its reputation. It deserves to be packed to the brim. Will be going again very soon I hope.

Despite it being 2 minutes from my flat, I fiinally made it to Gojk restaurant yesterday, about 18 months after it opened. Still not sure how you say the word, nor exactly how to describe the ‘genre’ of food, but it’s very nicely fitted out, friendly staff, interesting menu and nice wines. Simple food, very tasty and well prepared, a little bit pricey, but definitely a cut above the rest of the EC restaurants.
