Great busy and bustling restaurant. Great for a range of ages. Very modern and large restaurant with great Art deco paintings and huge chandeliers.
Great British menu with a good selection of foods and drinks.
Live DJ session playing on Saturday nights creating a great atmosphere, but still a speakeasy environment. Lovely food served without a long wait! Charming and efficient staff make this a funky restaurant and one I'll return too!
So I went with my friend. It was her birthday
We went for the set lunch menu which was great value for money. Our waiter Bruno was exceptional and gave us a few laughs throughout the meal. I really actually think he deserves a lot of credit and I’ll probably write to his manager ...
Anyway for starters I had the smoked salmon salad - Very tasty
Mains - Chicken with a side of Mac and cheese.
Dessert - I think there’s room for improvement. Only an ice cream selection or cheese board. I went for the cheese board and was disappointed with the one type of cheese and biscuit.
The highlight has to be the Candy floss cocktails. No explanation required 😂
As I walked into VIVI, I was struck by the designer's vision of metropolitan modern chic dining. And even more so by the way the waiters/waitresses imbibe this vision - they looked so proud to be serving us and welcoming us to their restaurant.
We had the 3 course set menu for £24.5 and I have paid much more at more established restaurants for worse quality. (Try the terrine starter, fishcake main and rum baba). The chef has a knack for unusual flavours.
Great for a friend catch up / birthday treat. Highly recommended.
I visited vivi restaurant for brunch. The food was amazing! They do bottomless brunch for £17.50. I had scrambled eggs & salmon on sourdough to start, then Berkshire pork chop for my main and had an incredible apple and plum crumble to top off an amazing afternoon. The decor is also INSANELY stunning. Very Instagrammable! They also have a pre theatre menu that’s £21.50 for two courses and £24.50 for three courses before 6:45pm! Will definitely be back soon
We went for the 3 course meal menu and was very impressed with the quality, value and the presentation of the food. The baba rum might be a bit big for a dessert but everything else was perfect.
I’d definitely recommend the place for its relaxed and elegant ambience, as well as the food and drink.
The dinner at VIVI was really good. For starter we had a JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE SOUP. The cream and cheese stick on the side was very tasty. For the main we had a duck a l'orange and a pork chop. The duck was delicious! For desert we had a RUM BABA. I wouldn't recommend this desert. The location is great and the service is very friendly.
very fancy, beautiful and instagram-mable decor (even the toilet is) with very kind and professional staffs. Also has a good selection of cocktails. Could have been 5 stars however the food itself is not that exquisite although still defo above average ..! Would recommend for romantic or girl’s brunch/dinner get-together
I went there for an event organised by Small Luxury hotels. The venue is very spacious, and open and surrounded by windows so it gives so much light inside. The venue had 2 bars and welcoming and friendly staff.
The food was in form of canapés. So I tasted a variety of meals that the restaurant offers. From Guinea fowl to Peas risotto.
Really lovely experience nice spacious restaurant. Great bar area, afternoon tea or brunch just amazing service also good..you dont feel rushed and lots of choices...great mocktails too....go and have an experience..
Nice place. Had the traditional English afternoon tea there. Good food, good service, pleasant atmosphere (beautiful modern decor, classic jazzy music). The only minus is that it took almost an hour to get the food (drinks did come a bit faster) - the place wasn't that crowded, nor the sandwiches that complicated to make...
