We liked the restaurant. Service could be better as our drinks came really late and wrong at first. Food was delicious. Recommended place. Shepherd’s pie was great.

A really nice place for breakfast. Staff is really kind and professional. The indoors are glorious. It’s a pleasure just to chill here and catch up with friends over good food.

I was at a corporate event on a Monday night, of course I had told all my friends and family I was dining at ‘The Ivy’ I might have forgotten to say ‘Garden’… It was hot, very hot with no A/C, service was slow (just stick the bottles of wine on the table). We had a set menu with salmon for starter AND main (?) and no options for vegan / vegetarians. If you are going to serve food on dishes with a little green Ivy leaf, make sure it’s at 12 o clock to the diner (yes I’ve done silver service, yes I turned my own plate for my photos). The food was okish, but small portions, they brought the main meal out and I sat waiting for the vegetables to be served…. Nope no vegetables… Crème brûlée was cold… I’ve been to restaurants where they caramelise it at the table…

The service was excellent. Good number of staff on and they were proactive in responding to requests. The food was good, generous portions and tasty. Our soup was served to us cold unfortunately, but on our request, they removed it from the bill. The prices for wine are extortionate… but fairly typical for a restaurant. Service charge is 13.5%. Overall, we had a pleasant evening and there was no pressure on us to vacate the table.

Impeccable service, great food, lively atmosphere. Better steak than a specialist restaurant up the road, and much better value for money too! Outstanding.

Really gorgeous place. The staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Our server was very warm and made great recommendations. The food was delicious. The spicy jackfruit starter was actually spicy ans the salad was warm. I had the steak on the bone which was delicious. It doesn't come with a side so I ordered green beans which were cooked perfectly. THE DESSERT!!! WAS AWESOME. I had the the black bee cheesecake and I didn't care how full I was I ate the whole thing. The cream cheese was just heaven. Almost mousse like, creamy and delicious. I swapped out the mango sorbet for vanilla ice cream. Others that had the mango sorbet said it was really nice and went well with the cheesecake. It also has a piece of honeycomb with it that just elevates the whole dish. The rumbaba was wicked! I tasted some of my sisters and it was so good. Will definitely return but will try Ivy Asia first as I heard its excellent there. Ambiance is vibrant, lots of conversation and good mixture of different people. I had starter, mains, dessert, sparkling water, fresh mint tea and a cocktail and spent around £80-85. They also gave me a complimentary cream filled puff with chocolate mousse inside with a candle in it as it was my birthday which was very sweet of them.

Great location for a lunch or dinner. The interior is huge and tastefully designed with lots of colour and foliage. The staff are lovely and service is excellent. The beef tartare is sublime and the cheese soufflé is so light and delicious. Rib eye on the bone with truffle chips and just perfect tender stem broccoli with some olive oil and lemon. Simple but perfectly executed. I would return and eat my way through all of the other dishes too! Go soon!

Excellent lunch experience celebrating a girlfriend’s birthday. Lots of variety on the menu to suit all tastes and lovely touch of a glass of champagne for the guests. Good sized portions and their chips are so scrumptious! The birthday girl was presented with a large profiterole and candle to blow out which was a nice touch. Would recommend and will return if I’m in the area.
