I recently dined at this remarkable Indian food restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolutely enchanting culinary journey! Having savored dishes at numerous Michelin-starred establishments in my lifetime, this gem of a restaurant effortlessly stands out. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting staff whose hospitality added a delightful touch to the entire experience. They truly understand the art of making guests feel at home. The attention to detail in every aspect was simply impeccable. The ambiance exuded an authentic Indian charm, transporting me to the heart of the subcontinent. The décor was thoughtfully curated, and the soft strains of traditional music added an ethereal touch. Now, onto the pièce de résistance—the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. The chef's expertise and creativity shone brightly through every plate. It was evident that they had meticulously crafted each dish to perfection. While I relished every bite, I couldn't help but compare the fish curry to those I've had in my coastal hometown. It was delicious, no doubt, but being from a coastal area, I couldn't help but have high expectations. Perhaps a tad more intensity in the flavors would have made it truly outstanding. Nevertheless, this is a restaurant that has set new standards for Indian cuisine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. It's a culinary haven that combines the best of India's rich traditions with a modern twist, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit!

Visited Bombay Brasserie with my wife for an afternoon brunch. The brunch has a separate menu and it costs 60 pounds a head. Theo is located near Gloucester Road tube station and when you come out the station turn right into Courtfield Close and the restaurant is right there The place is very well decorated with some pictures from India from what I would say is British Raj The place caters a wide variety of mock tails and cocktails so worth checking and ordering it The service is spot on and yeh you are well looked after We had the pleasure of the Main Chef Sriram cooking when we attended and I am sure the standards are same when he is not there. The food was very delicious and as it was a buffet brunch we helped ourselves to a lot of various dishes. Dishes which we never try As a vegetarian I was bit worried as when you look at the menu it is not really clear what the veg dishes are I didn’t had to worry they were spot on I had some idly chutney Managalore Goli Baje (if you had the original this is no where near it but is a nice touch) rice, Dal Makanai, some potatoes, curd rice, bisi belabath and Nan bread o should have ordered one, but ordered two and it was too much There was papadoms was nice and the mango chutney was slightly spicy but nice We missed the deserts as there was no space in my tummy (haha) Lovely place and I would definitely recommend it Three cheers to the staff and chef in there We will be back :) Thank you

I seldom had such an emotional reaction to food, as I had it here. The dishes seem simple, because they don't pretend to be fancy, yet are cooked with such attention to taste and texture that it feels like it's not supposed to be this good, resulting in an overwhelmingly blissful experience. Paired with a timelessly classy environment and the most attentive staff I've experienced in a while makes this visit a core memory in the making. Thank you to all!

Excellent service and ambience. The food was not bad, but you’d not be wrong to expect better from a place like this. We were suggested to try the chef’s choice, which is custom platters made for the table. The selections were good and had a good spread.

Bombay Brassiere Restaurant Review. I recently attended a medical school friends' reunion at Bombay Brasserie, and boy was it a blast! It was like a scene out of Grey's Anatomy, but with way more naan bread and biryani . Bombay Brassiere in London is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, making it an ideal place for a special evening out. The attentive waiters provide excellent service, frequently topping up drinks and refilling glasses throughout the meal. For starters, the herb crusted prawns are a must-try. The prawns are perfectly cooked and seasoned with a delicious herb crust. The bhutta kebabs are also a standout dish, with tender and flavourful corn tikkis. The Sev Puri, Bhel Puri, and Pani Puri are all delicious and flavourful street food-style starters that provide a great introduction to Indian cuisine. Moving on to the mains, the lamb dum biryani is a highlight dish, with tender and succulent pieces of lamb cooked to perfection and served on a bed of fragrant basmati rice. The Murgh Kali mirch masala is another standout dish, with succulent chicken cooked in a spicy black pepper sauce. For vegetarians, the Kamal kakdi kofta and Vegetable chilli kurchan are must-try dishes. The Ennai kathrika and Kadhi pakodi are also excellent vegetarian options that are full of flavour. To end the meal on a sweet note, the desserts at Bombay Brassiere are outstanding. The Gulab jamun cheesecake is a unique twist on the traditional Indian dessert, with a creamy cheesecake filling and the addition of syrupy gulab jamun. The Golden apricot kheer and Shahi tukda are also delicious dessert options. The chief chef Sudhir has managed to turn each dish into a concoction of flavour, aroma and fabulous taste.Assisstant manager Bernardo Pires went an extra mile to offer us one of the best services ! The food at Bombay Brasserie was the perfect accompaniment to our trip down memory lane. The lamb biryani was so good, I think I heard one of my friends say they were willing to give up their stethoscope for a lifetime supply of it. Overall, it was a day filled with laughter, good food, and even better company. If only all medical emergencies could be solved over a plate of delicious Indian cuisine!

Delicious food and good service. I think the spices were toned down to suit the local palette, which was appreciated. The only thing was that we were seated next to the kitchen entrance, and staff kept bustling around us with trays which was slightly annoying.
