I get to know this place from my friend back in Malaysia. Dark Sugars Cocoa House is famous for its hot chocolate with extra white and dark chocolate and hazelnut! It's so delicious! Just that, it is really sweet! This is the best spot for sweet snack lovers, no doubt. There are also wide varieties of ice-creams to choose from!

1) overall- clean environment, spacious seating place at dark sugars cocoa house. Open booth is available if you wanna buy to-go.
2) hot chocolate was delicious with the added pieces/slices from block chocolate. Was fascinating to even look at the end product.

I ordered a 6 flavour tub of vegan pistachio ice cream and when I arrived there they told me there was an error in their site and that they did not have any.
They gave me a couple small boxes of (amazing) chocolates for free to apologise, and after sampling more of their vegan ice cream flavours I got myself a tub of hazelnut and coconut ice cream instead.
5/5 experience and customer service.
I will definitely be going back again to get their vegan pistachio ice cream because as much as their hazelnut slaps, their pistachio is incredible and I can't wait for it to be back in stock again.

A wonderful chocolate experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the selection and quality of chocolates is amazing. Been missing the hot chocolate (seen in the picture) because it is so comforting and just the right amount of sweet.

Tasting chocolate in its purest form. Great atmosphere and can be complimented with hot or cold drinks. It can get very busy Friday to Sunday.

If you’re looking for a decadent treat, look no further. You’ll find truffles and chocolates displayed in giant wood and shell bowls, handmade hot chocolate (with the chocolate from the store!) and a breadth of ice cream and sorbet flavors. Each area has its own attendant to help you choose what flavors you want. This would be a great place to bring a date.
