This is a seriously good restaurant. I arrived for lunch dressed like a sloppy tourist and with two young kids in tow. The staff were as friendly, kind and polite as any I’ve met. They happily showed the kids the lobsters from the tank. Tables were set beautifully and the venue itself is stunning.
But for all of that, the food is the highlight. Chicken which is still juicy and tender. Amazing grilled octopus bursting with flavour. Lovely salmon. Baklava for dessert was delightful.
Only the owner of an oil well or two would dine a la carte in the evening but the lunch special of £24 for 3 courses is the best money you’ll spend in London.

If you know and love Milos in NYC , you will feel at home for sure! This amazing place, it is in fact fish’s heaven.
The staff are professional, respectful and happy.
This restaurant is in one of the most London’s famous streets: Regent street.

Went for lunch on a working day; the place was packed with people. The well lit, pleasant ambiance enhanced the appetite which was well satiated by excellent service. lobster pasta was amazing..they need to work on dessert!

My absolute favourite seafood restaurant in London. Staff so friendly and polite.I would recommend trying the Greek salad and the salt crusted fish.

Delicious, light and fresh seafood in this elegantly decorated Greek restaurant in Mayfair. Service is very warm and friendly. The only downside is the sweets; they were below average.

Everything about Estiatorio Milos’ London outpost is perfect. This upmarket Greek restaurant takes up a sizeable strip of Regent Street, the floor to ceiling windows are dressed in long drapes of white linen.

A baronial set of doors lead the way to a large, bright restaurant, a mezzanine above houses a private dining room and cellar, along with a raw fish counter.

Hanging orbs of muslin are filled with dripping yogurt, and sit next to an impressive cheese display.

The iced fish counter houses some impressive beasts and there’s a separate tank for lobster – most, if not all the fish is flown in each day from Portugal via suppliers in Greece – some on the large side where tables are encouraged to share. This is the same concept for each of the six restaurants owned by Costas Spiladis.

The restaurant itself is in the Grade II-listed building, previously British Columbia House on Regent Street, which has benefited from a multi-million pound Crown Estate makeover. Spiladis employed the Montreal-based architect Alain Carle who has created a wonderful dining space. Oak floors made from the wood from century-old Greek trees, marble from the Penteli Mountains, mirroring the Greek landscape, a land of stone and light.

The finished look is chic and minimalist. Clean and sharp contrasts between materials, evokes the dramatic qualities of the landscape of the Cyclades: a land of stone and light.

Mr and Me visited during lunch service and arrived at 12 just after the team briefing was coming to an end. By 1.30pm the restaurant was sending guests to the mezzanine floor. The Greek soundtrack was muted by the crackle of chatter from tables of corporate diners, families and ladies who lunch.

Firstly, let me begin by saying that there are lots of seafood restaurants here in the capital, if you like your fish, then you’ll know where they are, but not many who have Greek fish. All Milos’ fish is delivered daily from Greece alongside classic Mediterranean fish and those a little closer to home. Whether you like grilled, fried, steamed, sashimi or tartare your fish will be served just as you like.

We sat at table 24 perfect for my favourite game, restaurant watching. First up was a bread ceremony. A bowl of warm, chargrilled bread came with a waiter and a potted Oregano plant which was duly snipped and topped a generous drizzle of family olive oil.

I began with a glass of Greek sparkling wine, perfectly dry with fine bubbles and a super nose of rose and honey.

Imported Greek wines, chosen to match an exceptional a la carte list, is expected You can eat well with their set lunch menu at £29.50 which is served between 12 and 3 and very much aimed at the business lunch with an offer of being served in an hour or it’s free. I was in for a marathon and not a sprint and so we chose from the a la carte menu.

Thinly sliced and coated aubergine and courgette had been deep fried and served with a wonderfully double-cream thick Tzatziki.

A beautifully vibrant Greek salad was full of chunks of ripe tomato, which tasted of tomato, slices of sweet red onion, cucumber, and olives crowned with a couple of hefty triangles of Dodoni feta. A generous drizzle of that oil again, incidentally made by the owner’s sister, really brought this wonderful dish together.

A visit to the ice bar revealed a delivery of Greek razor and white clams which we asked for steamed and served in a broth. Both were exceptional, although for me the broth was a little on the salty side. Mr couldn’t get enough.

It was time to pop the table sides, a little like the button on my waistband, so more food could be added without arm and elbow interruption.

Perfectly chargrilled octopus was one of the many highlights. A charred crunch moved through to soft fleshy octopus and when it was scooped up with the sweet white onions, pureed fava beans from the volcanic island of Santorini, it was a fork of heaven.

I was desperate to try a small fish called a Gopes and I’m glad I did. This rather ordinary looking silver fish had been simply grilled and was deceptively sweet and full of meat. Sides of herb-sprinkled chips and a bitter green combination of Stamnagathi, Vlita, Dandelion arrived before a thin copper kettle.

Inside was a red Gurnard bathed in tomato sauce, chunks of potato and rustic rings of courgette, cooked in the traditional Kakavia style. Raised out and filleted in front of us, we were left with a sizeable bowl of rustic fish stew. No need for the sides.

Rustic yogurt dolloped with Thyme honey from Kythera and walnuts,

the lightest Loukoumades doughnuts the size of ping pong balls, drizzled in Thyme honey and topped off with shards of Aegina pistachios

and then … as if I haven’t eaten enough two scoops of ice cream arrive: one Baklava and one yogurt. Each bite tasted just like the layered filo and almond classic, with a gentle hint of honey and cinnamon.

A Greek coffee prepared in the traditional Hovoli, cooked on heated sand, was exceptional and helped kickstart my digestion.

Midday turned into 1pm turned into 2pm and then almost 3pm and I was encouraged to stay for dinner service. I only had a few hours to kill and it was sorely tempting.

From the charming security guard on the door to the huge welcome at reception and the wonderful waiting staff, I must single out Jason who was a remarkable member of staff, passionate about the food and everything Estiatorio Milos believes in.

Milos in Las Vegas is another fabulous restaurant but London has a little more style and class, a simple Greek Island in central London with me it's number one fan.

Although it's a big, modern restaurant, Milos manages to keep a good atmosphere and a semblance of its Greek character. The food here is very well executed and service what you would expect given price and reputation.

The restaurant prides itself on its "fish market" from which punters can choose their favourite fresh Mediterranean fish and seafood. This was quite fun and we picked a mackerel which was prepared for us as an excellent tartare.

We also tried one of the specials, as recommended by our waiter. We received a small mountain of thinly sliced, fried aubergine and courgettes with a tzatziki centre and fried cheese on the side. Absolutely delicious but not to be ordered if there are just two of you! You won't be able to eat anything else..

The yogurt ice cream with honey is worth a mention too. The sourness of the yogurt was offset very nicely by the honey lightly dripped on top of it. A great end to the meal!

I eagerly awaited the Milos London opening and as soon as they started serving lunch service, I suggested it for a work meal. I often used to go to Milos in Las Vegas for Lunch, as they had a fantastic deal for three courses for around $25. I was wondering if they would have a similarly good deal in London, and was very pleasantly surprised to see the menu for £29. I was also happy that they served several of the same dishes such as the octopus starter and dorade main. The food is fresh and delicious and the space is bright and gorgeous, an ideal sport for a lovely lunch!

We entered through the beautiful, imposing doorway into a light and airy dining hall. A courteous staff and lively ambience greeted us as we walked in. We had a few drinks at the bar before going to our table.

I was happy to see that they had a sharing concept menu and we really tried as much of it as we could:

The raw platter was not too palatable. The key ingredient here is the fresh fish and I have had much better. The avgotaraho was delicate and delicious. Of two different types of oysters we had, one was great, the other were not picked well. The Mediterranean octopus was perfect and the fried zucchini flowers with cheese might be a bit rich for some but it really is special here. The small monkfish tails were absolutely out of this world; make sure you double up on those. They really showed their potential with the langoustine and carabieneros also served with heads and shot of sherry, which I loved (nothing like a juicy prawn head!!). We ordered a couple of fish in the middle, they had unfortunately run out of a few items and so brought what they had, simply grilled with olive oil and seasoned the best way to have it. We also had all the sides which were good.

The restaurant has newly opened and though they did have a few teething problems with service the friendly and engaging staff made enough impression for us to forget the few glitches.

I definitely recommend coming here for a very lively, fun night and especially in a big group so you can try everything. Will definitely be back!

The food was all very delicious. Staff are well trained, and provided professional and attentive service. Originally had second thoughts about coming here due to some of the less stellar reviews, but found the experience excellent on a Friday night. The place is very expensive and seafood is the main theme, so it might not align with all dining preferences and budgets. Each dish was really well prepared. Hard to go wrong with Gillardeau oysters, octopus and fried Barbouni. The Ekmek Kataifi dessert was a delight. Not sure when I’ll be back but Milos London left a very memorable experience.

The food was delicious but the wait time was long but worth it. Order oysters and calamari as an appetizer and both were very delicious. Had the Lamb chops medium well and wife had the Filet Mignon medium well. Both were very amazingly cooked, not to overcook or undercook. For desert we had a cheesecake and a Greek coffee. Overall the staff is very attentive only thing is the food is cooked to order so there may be a wait time for your food to come out. Just sit out in the patio and enjoy the view. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A representative of fancy and luxurious Greek Cuisine, the dishes are generally successful in terms of the quality of the ingredients used and their taste. However, in my opinion, it fell short in terms of price, performance and service. It's very touristy inside

Always great service at this restaurant. Every experience, the staff always make you feel special. It’s perfect for a special occasion. The small touches really make a difference, like the herbs freshly cut into the oil at the beginning of the meal. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Enjoyed the spreads and warm pita bread to start with. Quite a few different vegetarian options available. An extensive drinks and cocktail menu too. All the food and vegetables tasted really fresh. My guests also loved their dishes. Hope to return soon.

Sometimes too good is not good. The food was delicious but the amounts were moderate. The place is large enough but then it was filled with customers pretty quick and became too noisy for us to hear each other. The service was good but because the waiters had too many tables to tend to we found ourselves having to call on them twice or three times. All in all a memorable culinary experience. The price is what you'd expect to pay at a top notch restaurant.

Great location just off Piccadilly Circus with clean and yummy Greek food served to perfection. Meat, seafood, veggies, desserts are all delicious and done well. Beautiful dinning room with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and professional service. The food is the real hero of the night and everything here is good. The perfect spot to walk to after a matinee in SoHo.

Had a group dinner here and wine list was impressive. I had the lamb chops which, was not great considering the price but the other items such as the oysters and prawns were truly fresh. The bathroom was clean and well kept. Service was great as well. Would recommend!

I booked a table for myself and my boyfriend as it was his birthday. We went lunch time and it was quite busy which was nice. Service was excellent & food was really good. I also requested for them to do something special as it was my boyfriend's birthday and just as when we were having our desserts, they brought over a brownie on a plate with happy birthday on it. My boyfriend requested to have lunch here so I'm glad he's happy

Great location and interior with comfortable tables and high ceiling You can choose your fish from the display where usually they have fresh seafood. Service is ok ( used to be better before the pandemic) Super expensive ( crazy mark ups from the industry standards on almost everything) If you can afford it - go !
