One of London’s greatest burger restaurants. Their Cheese Burger is juicy and perfectly cooked to well done “as requested”. Their Onion Rings, Macaroni and Cheese, French Fires, and Sweet Potato Fries are all tasty and delicious. This Byron branch is spacious with a great ambiance and welcoming staff.

Polite staff, good food and overall lovely experience. I would say that they could work on their downstairs seating as the table we got was rather worn out. I got the Classic burger, great flavor and tenderness. My sister got the “skinny” avocado burger which she said she enjoyed. However, both side salads were disappointing; please cut your veggies.

man I used to love this place!! sigh. Burger was on par with mcds. Patties were dense and over cooked. I ordered medium rare and it came well done. The waiter was kind enough to agree and take it back. (great service), The second time around it came over cooked again!! I didn't have the heart to send it back. The waiter even comped the burger, and brought extra fries (again great service), The service was why I was conflicted to write this review but man even with the compped burger not only would I not eat there again I still wish I hadn't. The restaurant is a little soulless and the staff not very attentive, even though when I visited the restaurant was not particularly busy. The chicken burger I ordered was very dry and tasteless; and the fries tasted as if they been cooked in old oil (they actually tasted a little fishy) - although the food was presented nicely, it disappointed on taste and quality, especially at that premium price. There are many better, livelier and cheaper venues around.
