Probably my best pizza experience in London, these giant pizza's are just simply a people pleaser. Who doesn't love pizza? Service was really good, always managing to fit a small group into a crowded restaurant. Pizza flavours are interesting - some work really well, others are a bit odd.
Same quality pizzas as the other ones, same variety. Nice pizza, nice food, good prices for the quantity of the pizza served, however the price of one slice i think it’s high.
The negative part of the experience was sitting outside during the night and there was no light. But i think that might have been a malfunction
Oh my Lordy, what a massive pizza. We ordered half n half marghertia and something with pork and greens. The crust was extra crispy how I like it, and was like it had been cooked on salt, mm mm mmmm! The only downside was the pizza wheel provided to cut the pizza was very wobbly/blunt.
Yum! Prosecco on tap! Service is great! Excellent spot for work lunch and bonding. Honestly the top three pizzas on the menu are also the best tasting. The pumpkin seed, ricotta and chilli is by far worlds apart and I tried 4 this lunch... could have eaten a whole one.
Great pizza and lovely atmosphere. Got a table by the bar, and the service was as good as can be. The downside is its remote location, but you know that going in...

This is without a doubt one of my favourite pizza restaurants in London. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been here. When the first one opened in Neal’s Yard (Covent Garden) I dined here four times in three weeks – each time using it as an excuse to introduce new friends to the 20 inch pizzas. Word spread quickly and it became nearly impossible to get a table here at peak times. The demand for Homeslice’s famous pizzas and the teams hard work allowed it grow from a successful food stall to having three restaurants in prime central London locations. Happy days!
Popped in as I've heard about this and Guerilla being the best newcomers to London's well-populated pizza scene.
Like burger restaurants, the number of pizza places has grown hugely over the last couple of years and inevitably brands will have to come up with something a little different to stand out. Homeslice does this very well with large pizzas and very interesting flavours.
Wells St has a very relaxed atmosphere, simple unpretentious decor with friendly attentive staff. I was made to feel very welcome without the slightly over-pushy salesmanship you often get at central London venues. It felt very relaxing after rushing around all morning.
I was initially going to have a slice but there are only three on offer by the slice which is a tad disappointing if you want to be adventurous but only want a quick snack. Usually I'll have a magherita as a first-try but I couldn't resist trying the slow-cooked goat shoulder with savoy cabbage & sumac. The Oxtail & watercress/horseradish dressing seemed good as well so I ordered a full pizza with half-and-half.
The pizza is delicious! Both recipes were wonderfully flavoured, not overly powerful, alot of subtleness and depth. Clearly the recipes are well thought-out. The base is very tasty as is the tomato base sauce, so much so the I asked for a glass of the sauce to dip my crusts in (I hardly ever eat the crusts!). If you're hungry enough you can easily have almost a whole pizza to yourself, the base is quite thin so you can eat plenty without feeling bloated at the end. Having eaten a whole pizza to myself I didn't try dessert but they looked delicious.
I'd thoroughly recommend trying Homeslice if you fancy something a little different and a good well-executed pizza. I'll definitely be going back!
Pizzas come in many shapes and sizes. But the key to making a great pizza is using simple, great quality ingredients to achieve the best flavours. In our opinion, Homeslice does this well! What started off as a stall in street food markets in 2011, has now become a successful restaurant with three permanent fixtures.
Homeslice serves 20" pizzas - yes massive 20" pizzas!! Just one of these can fill up 2 - 3 people quite comfortably and will only cost you £20.00. You can choose two flavours on each pizza, or you can have one of the single slice options (a quarter of a 20" one) and costs £4.00 a slice.
Homeslice pizza is well known for their creative toppings and their huge portion size, they did not disappoint on both.We visited Homeslice as a trio this time and was recommended to order full 20" pizza and a single slice. Homeslice's menu changes so you'll order what's on their blackboard board that day. They'll have selections that will satisfy both vegetarians and meat lovers. Their creative topping, perfect pizza crust, generous portion with a great atmosphere is definitely something you must experience yourself.
Sometimes you find a group of friends so crazy that after you visit a restaurant, you have to think, ‘well, I guess I can never show my face there again’. That’s one quarter of the Boozy Bunch crew and some of my absolute favourite people to go to dinner with. They are raucous, crazy and downright damn photogenic.

Wonderful place for the one who is craving for pizza. It come is very huge size, 20 inches! You can halve the plate for 2 faces, which I can say that all are good! Various type of drinks for your choice, but local beer on tap goes well with the pizza.
We stumbled upon this trendy little pizza joint when looking for somewhere to have a bite & thank goodness we did! When the waitress took our order I thought she said 12” but when a 20” arrived the side of the table we were very pleased! Table water is free of charge but they had great craft ales on too! Huge pizza oven is situated in the open kitchen & the topping combos are amazing. The toilets are quirky too with saloon doors. Be sure to leave a chalk message upon the wall. Will definitely be back!
Best pizza in London hands down! Great GREAT flavours and toppings and at a fair price.
If cheese loaded and gimmicky Pizza Hut or papa Johns is your standard then you might be disappointed but trust me when I say THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA JOINT IN LONDON.
Good quality pizza, but my criticism would be that the mozzarella they put on the Margherita is too little. I guess this is how you cut your costs. :)
Otherwise nice vibe and good service.
Really delicious pizzas with amazing topping combinations. They really are huge but like that the toppings go right to the edge rather than too much crust. We ordered 3 pizzas between 5 people for lunch which was about the right amount.
The pizza is the size of a bike wheel! Staff is friendly, you can see the way the pizza is made...it's a nice hip place. If you buy drinks, rather go for drafts than cocktails (they're good but sizes may be disappointing).
Really good pizza here! Really big portions too! I personally love the base as its thin and slightly burnt/ char'd. They do half and half pizzas or full it's perfect for big hungry groups. They also have a take away window if you do not fancy sitting in. The staff we had are super friendly and nice! Prices are reasonable for what you get too!
Largest-sized pizza I’ve ever seen. Delicious too. They sell individual slices too. Make sure to go with a friend. It’s more enjoyable that way.
Delicious pizza and great atmosphere! The 20" whole pizza is the perfect size for 2 people if you've got a decent appetite. If you're a fork and knife person you're out of luck... They have no cutlery at all! 🙂
Large pizzas great for sharing and for Team lunches. Good Quality and Quantity for the Prices. Had different flavours and Mushroom is my favourite.
