A must visit for Lebanese food everytime I’m in London. The food is excellent, fresh and authentic and the service is fast, attentive and with happy smiles!
Halal food near Harrods!!! The staff were very courteous and prompt. Best shawarma that I have had till date. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Best Lebanese restaurent in London , the shisha was perfect . The Lebanese food was awsome i tried alot of things , shish tawouk , shawarma lamb , appetizers and fruit salad it was perfect , the prices are great and the staff are very friendly .
A tiny place at walking distance from Harrods. For us , it was a lifesaver after a shopping afternoon at Knightsbridge. Tiny place , but good food . The shish tawook definitely gets a thumbs up, also the mixed grill was nice . The shawarmas though were not as great as we have had here in UAE. But recommended for good Lebanese food if you are on a budget..!
Food is really good, had some sandwiches and all of them were fresh and the service was amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Would defiantly go back
Yummy Lebanese food. We had ordered for hummus, shawarma roll, mutton pulav & haloumi cheese. Everything tasted delicious, however the chicken shawarma could have been slightly more spicy. To drink we ordered their avocado and honey shake & melon juice. Very refreshing drinks, they make all their drinks fresh. Value for money indeed. The manager also gave us a complimentary baklava, which was icing on the cake

This is a tiny place, definitely not dine dining, but the food is just so good!
They have seating upstairs. The space is tiny but comfortable. I have eaten here a couple of times and taken away shawarma rolls at others.
They have a lot of items that aren't easy to find in other Lebanese places. When you eat in, you get complimentary pita bread, garlic dip, tomato dip and baklava at the end. I love their mahammara, it amazed me to find jallab (a drink with rose, pomegranate, pine nuts and other stuff in it) that is amazing even though it's made from a commercial syrup. Their potato starter and chicken wings are good too. I prefer their chicken over the lamb shawarma as it's juicier and softer.
Personally, I like to order a lot of starters rather than a main course at Lebanese restaurants. I find the starters are often better flavoured than their grilled meats. But this is a personal preference. However it also means that I have never tried the mains here, so I wouldn't be able to recommend something in particular.
Washrooms downstairs are adequate and they offer hookah on the outdoor tables (with blankets to use for the cold days)
I often head here after visiting one of the trio of museums nearby. It's very non-commercial / non-tourist-ripoff and as I said before, the food is amazing!

I have to say it felt amazing to find a good Lebanese restaurant, it felt like home! Al Arez delivers excellent Lebanese food in London, I was definitely not disappointed! To be fair, the fattoush needs improvement. I loved the Arabic music inside, and the waiters are very nice. Anybody living in London who wants to go out for Lebanese cuisine should go to Al Arez. I will definitely go back!
This is my go-to lunch spot when I'm after a Lahem Meshwi (chargrilled lamb) wrap to go I usually ask for mine with chilli sauce, lettuce and a little bit of humous which I always enjoy. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend grabbing a bite to eat here if you're after something hot, no-frills and fresh when in the area.
The beef shaorma along with the garlic sauce are delicious. The service is nice as well and they have AC which is nice on hot days. Price is super reasonable, will definitely check it back again when I come to London and visit Harrods.
I have to say the shawarma’s taste here exactly like the one you would get in the Middle East my mom and sis got the chicken shawarma and I tried the chicken cubes in vegetable. Really good portions and good quality food. The place was a bit warm Other than that everything was good.
Amazing Lebanese food. My son was starving and this really hit the spot for us. We ordered a combination of shawarmas and sandwiches and weren’t disappointed. The chicken shawarma specifically was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the hummus starter. Pro tip: use the dips they give you in the beginning. The white sauce is absolutely heavenly.
Just went in to see if they did a breakfast. Ended up having a chicken kebab for breakfast. Please judge me, lol. That said it was a very nice kebab, chicken nicely cooked, salad and bread on the side with sauce. It's definitely worth a visit if you like a nice kebab lamb or chicken, sit in or takeaway.

Great Lebanese food at affordable prices!
I came here about 3 times in the past year because this restaurant is located opposite to Harrods toward the end of Hyde Park. I searched for a budget restaurant in this high street, you simply can not get any better food for the price.
Always ordered the mixed grill which is good for two in fact, the Shawarma was beautifully made, sauces come along with your oder. Also this time ordered Rocket Salad, which was nice but not the usual I am used to. The place is tight & the stairs ar steep, otherwise it is good. Service is fast & friendly. Recommended if you have money left from Harrods shopping 🙂
I come here every week for a quick bite. Food is very good at a very reasonable price. The staff here are very attentive to my needs. I have become a regular, and even the staff here remember my orders. Rayan is lovely, a very good staff member. Love his hospitality!
I first came here in 2020 and went back hoping for the same excellent food and I was not disappointed.
Exceptional value for money, we had the mixed shawarma, served with salad and hummus. The food was not oily or greasy. Everything tasted fresh and we finished our meal with mint tea and the best baklava I've had in years!

Wonderful meal and portions. Traditional Lebanese dishes were the bright spot to our trip to London. We haven’t had a decent meal until we randomly chose this place since it’s such a short walk from Harrod’s. The nicest gentleman servers and big smiles really help brighten our mood, but the food was our highlight. Highly recommend if you like healthy and hearty comfort food for the family. And get the Lebanese coffee if you like to grow hair on your chest, wow.
