Stopped here for a quick breakfast. Had a ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious! Line was pretty long but that staff did a great job hustling through everyone. Highly recommend if you are near a need a quick pick me up.
I visited this place during my trip to London, i ordered Ice latte, crossiant, chicken wrap, vegetarian bap burger, all the items were delicious, i highly recommend this place
This coffee shop is hidden away a stone’s through from Westminster Bridge (though sadly lacking the view), since the entrance is through the Park Plaza.
It obviously lacks an authentic old school cafe vibe (and it does face our onto one of the busiest roads in all of London), but Illy has a lively modern style and this branch is unlikely to be hectically busy inside.

great staff, a bit pricey but delicious coffee!
I wanted to try this Illy Cafe as I know the quality of the brand. The entrance is via the Park Plaza Hotel. Coffee was alright, even if the cappuccino was more English than Italian style, anyway it was ok. A bit disappointed about the offer of pastries, as no croissants were available (I've visited the cafe at 10am), so I tried the small chocolate sfogliatelle which were very good, but quite expensive for the size. In general it was a positive experience, as the location is very nice and staff was polite. I suggest to prepare more croissants in the morning.
They have great coffee with oat milk. I ate a desert that was a bit hard but the taste was great! Perfect place for charging your phone while taking a nice break.
I spilled my coffee today and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. They remade the coffee and soiled food right away. I was very thankful for their help and was very happy with their service
A hidden treasure, inside the Park Plaza Westminster Hotel, this cafe serves to satiate the hunger pangs in case you are waiting to check in or are waiting for your cab, after check out.
Don’t expect a full menu - basically cappuccino and the odd sandwiches. However, service could do with a lot of improvement.
So, if you have time and feel like a nibble, go to this cafe.
Good cafe. Not sure about the toilet facilities. This is located inside the park plaza hotel. 1 latte +1 White tea - £6. View towards st thomas' hospital, Westminster bridge road.
Fast and friendly service. We asked to have coffee in house but received coffee in take away cups. Just not attentive.
