Visited a while ago, but I believe it is now temp closed. They have another chain in kings cross. The food here is always delicious, I have visited a few times. Can't wait till they open again. I had dumplings, fried prawns, beef with salad, the corn sticks in sauce, bipimbap and of course kimchi.

Me and my friends went to London today to specifically try this place out as we lived in Korea prior. I must say the food didnt disappoint. If you've ever lived or visited korea and enjoyed the food, you'll do the same here. Now the prices aren't not even closed but this is the UK so it's a lot more expensive compared to Korea, but worth it. They had soju, but no hite, even tho it's on the menu. The staff was ok and the venue its self was nice and clean. I would also reccomend making reservations. All in all I would recommend this kimchee

Surprised by the 4.0 average review. Food is great, fast service and good decor! 16:00 lunch was fairly quiet.

Efficient and polite service but the food was a bit of a mixed bag... I liked the grilled scallop, grilled asparagus and Jap chae (Korean glass noodles). The mackerel was good with the spicy sauce and it came with lots of veggies. The ice cream (sesame and green tea) was good too.
The salmon tasted like frozen fish, the grilled mushroom was burnt and I didn’t like the sauce at all. The rice cake with cheese was very heavy and it wasn’t very pleasant as the dish got cold quite quickly...
Overall, for the price that I paid, I wouldn’t complain too much.

Authentic Korean experience . The starters are great...the kimshee cakes are a must try...the bibipmap was ok but could have been better. The chicken was not great but overall it was a good meal. The restaurant has a good atmosphere.

Authentic Korean cuisine. When you enter you can sit down and enjoy a relaxing corner with pebbles and small waterfall. Staff was very friendly. The order were pretty fast and we got food immediately. It was Friday afternoon so it was busy, but luckily when we came at 6:00 pm it wasn’t that busy it started to be busy 15 minutes later. The food was delicious. Bibimbap had a heating container so I enjoyed my warm food for quite awhile. The food is very filling so I would definitely avoid starter or dessert or order these ones with main meal but without any extra side dishes.

We had two good dishes where one of them was a more authentic korean dish. The crispy part on the gui salmon was not bad but in my opinion it hadn‘t much of a taste and unfortunately the broccoli was a little bit raw. The honey and gingseng tea we ordered was delicious and the look and feel of the teapod and cup was also nice.
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself had a nice modern look.

Went here first time and was worried if it was too busy, but was not that busy and we luckily had place to sit. The food was good, I have nothing to complain. Food came out fast and hot.
I saw the reviews and was worried about the service but it was fine. We were served by a girl with short hair and glasses. She was very nice and polite, so we didn’t have problem with service. We had pork belly, kimchee jeon (kimchi pancakes) and jjam bbong (seafood noodle soup). Will come again.

As a huge fan of Korean cuisine, it was a must to go there during our stay in London. We booked in advance via OpenTable which worked perfectly as usual.
We arrived early in the evening so there were still many seats available. An hour later around 7 p.m. it got really busy. The place seems to be very popular with Asians (we were surrounded by Chinese students). They tend to order the dishes others post and recommend on social media. Really fun to watch :)
We’ve ordered Asahi beer (unfortunately Asahi is the only draft beer that is served in a pint glass).
Our menu:
Chimaek (4 wings and 2 strips) and scallops as starter, raw beef Dolsot Bibimbap and Ugeoji Galbitang soup (A flavourful soup made from cabbage leaves and short beef ribs slowly simmered in a beef rib stock and seasoned with soy bean topped with chilli and spring onion) as main dishes. Although the quality of Chimaek can’t compare to the original one we had in South Korea, Bibimbap and the soup were very good and especially the soup not too spicy.
The atmosphere at the restaurant was quite lively however personally was expecting more of a Korean atmosphere (e.g. Korean staff, Korean music).

The taste of the dumpling is awesome, it tasted exactly like the ones I had in Korea. Jjigae and the Kimchi Fried rice that I had were however different from the authentic Korean taste. Overall, the Korean food is satisfying.
