Very few bars have great food. This is One of the best places to have a veggie burger in London, great drinks and very pocket friendly
A must visit place
Nice place. Spacious with lovely crowd and comfy seating. We had taken the sunday roast and well it was not very good though. Apart from the food i had a nice time here, The ambiance is nice and relaxing
This is a very typical O'Neils. But given it's location, it is not the tourist magnet you would expect. While it does get a share of tourist visitors, most appear to be local office workers. (I know my work fellows visit it often). But it's hard to really make it stand out from the crowd, the service at times is slow in the evening crush, and it quickly gets busy. One good selling point is the food isn't bad, but is a bit expensive for essentially a pub. But saying that the lunch time service is quick and the food quality is better than most pub lunches. But around that area, there is better.
This is a chain of pubs and I visited the one located in the heart of Soho. The atmosphere was just magical, and the dim lighting just added to the charm. It was busy but conversation was easily possible. At 10pm every Friday they have a live band that plays upstairs. Being a performer myself, I thoroughly enjoyed the music they played and for me it was definitely one of the best nights out in London. Service was excellent and I didn't have to wait long at the bar to get drinks, despite it being busy. The prices are typical of any other pub in central London, and the squid was great. I enjoyed the entire experience tremendously and have returned there on numerous occasions.
Fantastic. We got the mega breakfast and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful with our order …. And to our surprise the Guineas had an actual shamrock on it . Highly recommend and worth a visit if you are in central london.
Went in for evening meal. Decided to do the 5 x small plates x2 for family of four inc 2 teenage daughters. Food was extremely tasty and good value for money. Lovely lady who served us could not have been more attentive. Incredibly warm and friendly for central London and looked after us very well. Excellent meal. Would recommend.

As a family of four with two young boys, after walking around London central for hours, we were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to refuel ready for our travel home. Expecting your just run of the mill chain pub restaurant, we knew we could guarantee chicken nuggets for the boys at least, but what we got was so much more. Really friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there. My youngest spilt his cola everywhere by accident, and not only did the staff help clear it up, the girl (Lib I believe was her name) happily went off to get him another drink free of charge - so kind and unexpected. The server (Andrew I think his name is) was super friendly, took a genuine interest in talking to us and engaging with the kids. I can’t tell you how welcomed we felt, and usually as a family with young boys we often feel like we’re a bit of a burden in places like this, but our experience couldn’t have been further from that. When we next come back to London we will definitely make a special visit to come back here because it left that much of an impression on us. Definitely cheap (or in better words - great value for money) and cheerful by the bucket load! The management should be proud of themselves and their team! Bravo!
Exceeded my expectations as a pub in central London. Danny, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and familiarised us with the area and gave suggestions on what was great around. My friend and I will be back for sure! Thanks Danny for the warm welcome! Highly recommend coming here. Music was a good volume also!
Had a lovely meal here this evening, gorgeous steak and prawns and the pepper sauce was out of this world! Pints were fantastic and a great selection of wines and spirits as well. Most notably the staff here are amazing, really hard working and accommodating and create an enjoyable atmosphere. Shout out to Danny for being a legend, really made our night with his friendly chat :) will be back for sure!
I wanted a chill place to listen to music and have some beers, and no better place than an Irish pub! I came a bit late but it was a great time! They had live music, James,and he killed it! And as busy as it was, the service was amazing! I was helped by Eileen, and she was amazing! Super friendly and on point! She made sure everyone was having a good time! While keeping everything in order as well!
I'll definitely come back next time I'm in London!
Very kind and welcoming service, lovely interior and atmosphere and high quality food and drinks. I was there waiting for a concert to start and I felt so comfortable and looked after. Love sports on the TV and wide range of food and drinks. Highly recommended.
First visit - What lovely staff, such a friendly atmosphere. In particular Danny made us feel very welcome, he was really helpful to point out offers available and just generally made our visit fabulous. Watched the Ireland vs NZ rugby match here with my girlfriend and our Dad's. Fantastic experience, great rugby atmosphere, will defintiely be coming back. HUGE shout out to Danny who was super helpful in booking us a table and gave us a personal welcome and looked after us on the night!!! The rest of the staff were great as well.
Put all your prejudices about chain pubs in the bin. This is a fantastically friendly pub in the heart of London. Danny and staff are great hosts and ensure total strangers are made to feel like locals.
Good selection of food and drink, comfortable surroundings and perfectly positioned multiple screens to watch the sport.
Will definitely be returning on next visit to London. Highly recommend.
