Amazing cozy and small sushi place. The staff is super friendly and the place seems family run. The food is fantastic and the price treasonable. Really enjoy coming here frequently.

Dare say one of the best underrated sushi places in London. Although I’m really not an expert (I’ve reviewed only 3 other sushi places before), I’m impressed by the quality of their fish and various offerings. We had a variety of options from maki to nigiris and ramen. The egg rolls were also delicious. And house sake great for the price. This is no Michelin restaurant but the value for money is exceptional. The venue is small and overlooked but offers the excellent hiding place for you and your friends in the overpriced, busy 2020 shoreditch.

Had a good lunch here. Sushi was good. The chicken karaage was fantastic. Plenty of options for adults and children. The restaurant was fairly empty at 1330 mid week.

Great little local Sushi place near my place of work which has become a regular meet and gossip place for my friends and I. You’re given a menu and tick off what you want before handing it over to the waitress. Everything is then cooked to order and brought out as it’s ready, delicious and fresh. So hard to give recommendations on what to eat as everything is delicious and you can’t go wrong. I do however recommend booking a table as they can quickly become full any day of the week

Overall food was good. Seems popular with Japanese nationals. Avoid the yakisoba.

Great Japanese food, very nice starters and sushi. If you are not against not traditional sushi try the house specials they have some quite unusual combinations at the same time great dishes.

Initially, I didn’t think much of this place but after walking past it a second time with a friend we noticed something curious about it. It was closed for a private event full of Japanese businessmen. This piqued our interest and decided to take a look. It turns out the sushi chef is a former Nobu chef! So essentially, you are paying for top quality food at a much lower price. This pleased both my friend and I having stumbled upon this gem. It’s a great place to get sushi if you work in the City or around Old Street. Either for lunch or for casual dining after a long day in the office. If you are not into sushi, they have other comforting Japanese dishes such as Donburi or Udon soup noodles.

This place is absolutely wonderful and is my go-to spot for sushi in the area. The portion of sushi and sashimi is always generous and the quality is always fresh. They don’t skimp on the fish at all and a single nigiri is very filling, simply ordering 3 portions of nigiri was enough to make me feel full and the sashimi slices are always thick. Very good value and is nice and cozy, worth visiting if you’re near Brick Lane!
