Ordered online at 6.30pm on a Saturday night. Delivered to my door and devoured by 7.15pm. An unbelievable turn around when you compare the service to Dominos or your local Indian. Before I’d even tasted the food my first impressions of Chosen Bun, London’s first gourmet burger delivery service was spot on.
Best burger in West London. Best burger in London and i've had them all, Byron, GBK, etc. The chips are fantastic as well. They are served with rosemary salt! Owner is a really nice guy as well.
On weekends of sunshine being cooped up cooking in a kitchen is almost unfathomable. It is time best spent sun basking, pimms slurping, park picnicking and most definitely, ordering in. Cooking? No sir-ey, not today I say!
After a last night and what can be describe only as a lethal dose of killer vodka martinis, at Amuse Bouche (followed by some Michael Jackson dance moves…at Nam Long) I spent the day doing what a hungover chef does best. Lying horizontal, soaking up scared sun rays, trying not to move a muscle. With my sunnies sandwiched on my face and bottle of Vitacoco’s finest, by 6pm I was back to my spritely self.
At times when we are faced with a fridge, bare as a babies’ bottom, we have two options. To admit defeat and take to the cereal box, or spoil ourselves rotten by ordering something filthy, delicious and oh so tasty. What did I chose today… I think you know the answer to that. A couple of the finest burgers in south west London, from Chosen Bun.
Oh and they just happen to do delivery… Well how thoughtful of them! Fred went for a Shoveman : caramelised onions, pickle, garlic sauce, smoked bacon, shove man sauce and a hunk of cheddar and a I opted for a regular Patty: double bacon, pickle and cheese in a gluten free bun. Toasted crunchy and absolutely bang on delicious!
Oh Chosen Bun, you spoil me so.
Let me break it down. I clasped it in my hand, ripped it with my teeth and covered myself in its ketchup. It was juicy, tender and perfectly pink… I could go on. Each mouthful broken only by the slurp of a sweet vanillery oreo milkshake.
Let not forget the pudding king to follow. Dare I say one of the finest, gooey-est and richest door-stop of a brownies that I have had the pleasure of enjoying in a fair while. I think I might be in need of the recipe.
All of this joy and no washing up. How else should one spend a sunday night. If its any better than this, tell me please!
A very happy little chef!
Chosen Bun provide a rare service that you would have thought was more widespread - burger home delivery. Apparently it is not as easy as it sounds so to that end the clever Chosen Bun chaps have designed and patented their own packaging to get the burger of your choice to you in the best state possible. No soggy buns or messy presentation here only premium burgers with a quirky twist.
I ordered the Stoveman with 'Belgians' (chips to you and me) and onion rings. The bun is brioche and not only tastes light and fresh but doesn't fall apart when you pick it up. The burger itself is cooked medium rare unless otherwse stated and is clearly a quality piece of meat with a delightfully pink hue. The Stoveman comes with cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce and Stoveman sauce - everything works in perfect harmony together except the sauce which doesn't really taste of anything at all and leaves zero impression. Its a shame as I was looking forward to something a bit different but the quality of the other ingredients more than makes up for it.
The onion rings are amoung the best I've ever had, remaining crunchy throughtout the meal but the chips are extraordinary. Crispy, garnished with rosemary, coated in heavenly goodness and without a doubt the best chips in town.
I would rate the burger 4/5 and the chips 5/5 but absolutely recommend both. Cross your fingers that you're either in their delivery catchment area or thinking of going to Fulham some time soon!
Ordered online through the website. Simple and easy to do – clearly set out website with the beauty of a small selection of products preventing you from getting lost in decision making!
3 beef patty burgers (plain, cheese and cheese and bacon) with a tasty looking chicken option which I shall have at some point and an interesting one for the veggies – mushroom and edemame patty - intriguing!

Discovered this place a few years ago and honestly their burgers are one of the best burgers I’ve tried. I love their packaging as well, it’s simply genius! The burger gets delivered exactly how it left the restaurant. Plus their milkshakes come in these cut glass jars that you can keep and use for other things later on. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is their chips. Even though the packaging is great and the chips don’t arrive soggy, the quality of the chips isn’t great and very tough to eat! And this lets down the rest of the meal.
This is a very positive review BUT I hate that this place add too much salt to the chips. The burgers on the other hand are incredible. I just had one and I'm delighted. Hard to find a burger so good at a decent price. Stop with the salt and you'll be ace.
Great tasting fresh burgers, lovely lovely staff, great tasting chips, perfect shakes! Portions could be larger for the price :)
This is a burger restaurant located in the Fulham area of London.
I will share my "take-away" meal experience from the restaurant.
The ordering process was simple and fast.
Delivery time was reasonable.
The food arrived was still warm and the fragrance was still present.
The restaurant took pain to preserve the burgers from "collapsing" with their packaging. The Davincheesy Blue Burger was fantastic. BBQ East Woody Burger was big. Their Rosemary Salted Chips was vere fragrant and tasted good too.
Prices were reasonable.
Delivery took a bit longer than when I have ordered from places in the same area. driver couldn’t find my building, even though it is a clearly sign posted student accommodation building. But he contacted me and sorted quickly.
The food was great! Good quality at a reasonable price. The packaging was unique and stopped the food getting crushed on its journey.
I've tried their burgher five times before writing this review, I got them delivered (fast) and went to pick it up myself (free fries wop! wop!). The burgher is pretty much perfect for my taste: not huge, well seasoned, moist and tasty! Garnishes are fancy enough to be a well mix of flavours which doesn't overpower the taste of the burgher. They get their meat from HG Walter, imho one of the best butchers in London, based in barons court, if you know it you know the quality of their meats! (And prices too! But you pay for what you get). The packaging it's not just quirky but keeps the food warm and intact all the way home. Fries are.. Fried, very fired! Belgian fried which can be a bit too much (however the portion is not overwhelming). In all its a great experience and so far I was never disappointed! Whenever I fancy a burgher thus days I just think chosen bun, well done guys!
Truly one of the best burger joints ever! Have never been disappointed! Every burger is great and delivered quickly! Really unbelievable how good all of their creations are! Staff always super friendly - even prepared another fresh burger once I called and told them that I will be late for my pickup! Would give 10 stars if I could, you guys are doing a great job! Thousand times better than all those chains around the corner...!!!! Thumbs up!
Love This Place. Service Is Good And Food Is Even Better! Especially The Mark N Cheese Bites. The Chips Are Beautifully Seasoned Too. Burgers Are Cooked Well And Not Dry. Lastly The Packaging Is Good Enough To Keep The Food Warm For A 30-40Min Drive Home.
A rather hidden and not well known place with nice staff members in such a small store. It seemed a first that they focus on takeaway which is increasingly more obvious as you enter, see people being given takeaway bag even when they seat down and when you see that small eat-in row.
The food is nice, affordable and of a good quality.
The drinks it's where it's just okay but the milkshakes are weird.
Chosen Bun, a burger delivery and take-away concept in Fulham where the burgers taste delicious. With limited seating, so you could also eat in if you like.
Chosen Bun is a burger take-away and delivery shop located in Fulham. Their concept is simple: do a good burger, and make sure it will still taste good after it was driven around town. To solve the challenge of transporting a burger properly, they designed special packaging.
I noticed this little shop on Fulham Road one evening when I decided to walk part of my commute instead of taking the tube. And soon after that, I came back to check out their burger.
The shop looks very much like a fancy fast food restaurant. Staff are very friendly and it seemed that the atmosphere in the kitchen was really good.
To the food, I ordered The Shoveman, a beef burger with cheese and bacon, with Belgians, that’s their chunky skin-on chips with rosemary salt. After a short while, my food was ready and handed to me in their signature packaging - I stayed in store, but it was still interesting to see what they came up with.
The burger tasted pretty good. It was not too messy to eat, the juicy patty was cooked medium and the burger was full of delicious flavours. The chunky chips were okay, but I had better chips in London. They are chunky and crispy, but not all are crispy. They are finished with rosemary salt, but they are far from other rosemary chips I’ve tasted before. Anyway, there are still some other interesting items on the menu that I’d like to try.
As of now, they only deliver to a few post codes around the Fulham area, so in case you plan to stop by to pick up your burger, Chosen Bun is roughly between Fulham Broadway Underground station and Parsons Green Underground station.
