This place is amazing and still prides itself on excellent customer service. I returned after lockdown and the staff were as friendly and accommodating as always and the food is perfect and at a reasonable price with a 5 star meal included! If you want the best Indian takeaway in London head for this place. It is great and just around the corner from St Pauls. Love it!! Thanks for a nice meal as always Bengal Tiger! :)

Fantastic Indian, definitely worth a visit. Service was friendly and on point. Try some of the chef's specials. The wine selection is also not bad. Enjoy even a bit later in the evening, in small or big groups. And if you had not tried this before, give the duck a chance, it's a bit different but delicious.

Tucked down a little side street this restaurant is much bigger than you’d think. There’s plenty of seating upstairs as well as the floor below, with large round tables perfect for big groups. As soon as we entered, without a reservation, the welcoming staff quickly made up a large table with menu and popadoms served within moments. Drinks orders were also promptly taken and it was great for them to have a wide variety of global beers by the bottle. The decor is nice with a more modern vibe than many Indian restaurants, with of course the feature piece being a large tiger’s skeleton suspended from the ceiling above the stairs (made from metal rather than real!). Everywhere seemed clean and the table was laid well; the toilets were also perfectly adequate. We went straight to mains which took a little while to come, however for such a large group that was to be expected. There was plenty of space around the table to the numerous sides and breads and best of all everything was really tasty. Good portion sizes, presentation and flavours, with just the right levels of spice you’d expect, meant everyone in the group was impressed. The staff remained proactive throughout the meal at bringing additional drinks but never came across as overbearing, despite us being sat by the bar. I left at the end of the evening impressed and satisfied! If I was looking for a curry around here again I’d definitely return, especially since the prices weren’t extortionate for the location and quality.

I had the lamb samosas, lamb saag, and a chana and red lentil dal. I asked for everything very spicy and it came out perfect for my spice level tolerance. The lamb saag was excellent - tender meat with a complex gravy. Samosas were very good. The dal was fine - nothing special. Staff were not particularly friendly, but efficient and professional. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Delicious Indian food in the Cheapside area with a very colorful bar and vibrant decorations. We order pappadoms and the set menu with Madras chicken. I didn't have that much of the spicy punch you get when you try local Indian food, but the taste was delicious.

Good food, they can rush you when it's busy though to get another sitting out of the table.

Great food but the service is a bit abrupt. We had the express lunch menu with a beer. The food came fairly quickly and the quality was very good. For an express lunch the quantity was quite large as well. However, the service felt very mechanical. You will probably not notice but if you do it seems a bit off. Not enough to stop me from going again.

Took a bunch of work colleagues here for dinner and it was very nice. We shared a lot of starters and mains and the favourites we the onion bhaji, butter chicken, and lamb chops. I liked the rogan josh as well. Nice service and good value for our crowd.
