This is a lovely, well-run café, ideal for an English breakfast at a reasonable price. It feels like a trip into the past. It's a local business with friendly staff, and they accept only cash payments. The furniture is old but clean. The menu on the wall lists several English breakfast options, and the price is just £7.90, which includes a hot drink (tea or coffee). First, they bring the hot tea, and after a few minutes, a large plate with your breakfast. It's a small place; customers seem to know the staff well. There aren't many seats, but if you need to wait, then wait because it's worth it.

First visit: rated 4 stars. Visited here for breakfast, they have a few different options allowing for customization . Paid around £7 per person including coffee/tea, not bad at all and ambience is warm. The only annoying thing is that they don’t accept payments with card, there’s an ATM nearby. Overall it gets busy at weekends and it seems to be on the popular side. I would come back for a cheap English breakfast anytime. Update: visited for a second time and it was great, I’m upgrading my score to 5 stars. Will certainly come back for more!
