Excellent fresh veg lunch! Friendly staff and nice place in general.
Folks foraging for food in Fitzrovia listen up! Mediterranean and Middle Eastern eatery, Plenty on Berners Street, offers a tasty range of healthy options for breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. I had lunch at this friendly little café and comptoir recently with a friend. A big and meaty chicken shish wrap in flatbread (£5.50) lived up to the café’s name at exceptionally good value for money. So did my friend’s giant bowl of create-your-own fresh salad (£6.50). I swiped a falafel from her salad. It was ace – crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. A side of savoury kibeh with especially smooth and tahini-rich hummus (£4) was not necessary to fill our appetites given the ample portions of our main orders but was downed heartily nonetheless.
I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of weeks and I finally made it today. Lebanese cuisine is one of my favourites so I had high expectations on this little cafe around the corner! I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere inside. Relaxed music, great Hummus, good selection of salads and really delicious falafel!
I had the "choose as you want" salad with basicly a taste of everything in it and I really liked it - would definitely recommend it!
Just grabbed two ginger and lemon from plenty... Oh my.. that woke me up🙂🙃🙂... Also, the lady who served me today was dreamy 😍.. think I'm in love.... With the drink of course 😁
Quite efficient and good variety of food.
Fresh juices and coffee bar makes the difference.
Food prices are not bad and portions seizes are reasonable.

Just had salmon with three veg in a box and a black coffee. Generous portions of lovely oily, flavoursome mushrooms, aubergine and broccoli with a tasty (slighty overcooked for me but probably to cater for all tastes) salmon fillet. Excellent strong coffee. Highly recommended. No photos because I ate it all too quickly!!
This little Cafe is amazing, The staff are delightful, the food is always varied, delicious and filling. It's one of the the most reasonable lunches in this area. So much vegetarian and vegan choice - I'm so happy to have this little gem around the corner from my office!
Very big fan of their pick and choose take away salads. Always a good variety and the quality is second to none. The owner is very friendly and takes the time to interact with his customers. I would only wish that they would cut down on their single use plastics, but the same goes for many eateries!
Absolutely the best cafe in Fitzrovia - not super cheap for everyday lunch (£7 for a salad box) but the portions are literally so huge that I never need dinner. The Middle Eastern flavours are insanely good and many of the options rotate so that customers get to try new options. Very friendly and smooth service - but expect it to always be busy!! The falafels are to die for.
Cold,wet,hungry,more places to eat lunch that you could wave a stick at.Lets give this a go,I like a wrap.
Asked the man behind the counter for the lamb wrap with a salad how he would do it for himself,sat down.
Wrap and salad arrived 10/10 beautiful.
Went to the till to pay my bill and was delighted with the bill.
If you like this kind of food,do not miss Plenty,its REALLY good.

WOW! This is proper hidden gem and needs to be talked about and visited. The "salad with everything" will very quickly become a popular staple for Fitzrovian's. Plenty by both name and nature, a salad of epic proportions and tantalising to the taste buds.
Wonderful place for lunch! Wraps and salad are very tasty. Home cooked food for cheap price. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.
