Hello, we had one soup, one cake, and one espresso and paid £37. They also added a discretionary service charge to the bill — by discretionary, I mean 25% of the total bill. How is a tourist supposed to know this? We were forced to pay it. I want a refund. Tourists should not be treated this way.
