Hi, My wife and I booked for anniversary treat which was lovely overall, we thought the experience was nice. We loved the cocktails... would recommend them! I have a couple of observations which might be useful to bear in mind. There wasn't many people in attendance and the silence was a little off-putting, so perhaps some light background, piano music. Initially there was 4 servers and by the time we left only 1 which seemed odd, as it was busier at the end and not at the beginning. I agree with the other review, that perhaps there was a little too much sweet stuff, especially with the brioche rolls which are also sweet. An odd thing was we was offered a top-up but only of the tea we initially chose, which meant my wife had to go without, as she wanted something different. Finally only a small point there was a service charge, which was 12.5% or £11 which I thought was a bit high to be honest. Overall though, it was a worthy 4 star experience, but needs to address some of the items to become a 5 star experience. Thank you.

I'm from the United States, so I don't have a lot to compare the experience. I thought the sandwiches were very good and desserts also spectacular. Tea options included a variety that everyone in our party enjoyed. My only concern was with the temperature of the room. It's a tiny space and air was blowing on me the entire time so it impacted my ability to enjoy the experience fully.
