This place was an amazing find that serves reasonably priced south indian food. The food was great and had the authentic malabar touch to it. I am a fan of their cochin chicken curry and malabar biryani. Dishes served here felt homely, very different from other indian restaurants in the area. Service was impeccable. Parking spaces are limited nevertheless the place is located next to a tram stop making it all the more accesible. Highly recommended!

Small cozy place serving fresh, good quality south Indian n north Indian food.
They keep quite busy, so either go early or reserve a table in advance.
They serve pappad basket as a complimentary starter accompanied with 3 Indian dips and over salad. An amazing thing to start your experience at Cochin.
Lamb biryani - will cooked with succulent pieces of lamb
Masala dosa - very flavorful. They have added every small spice which is there in the original recipe
I'll surely go again to try more dishes on their menu.
Staff is courteous but service can get delayed in rush hours.
Love the authentic indian decor here and the food is just the right level of spicy. The staff are really nice and friendly. The dosa are amazing.

The staff were very attentive and recommended us few dishes and also gave us information about the ones we didn't exactly know what they were.
I was here only once because I always thought the food is a bit pricey.
The food is very fresh and the menu is so vast that we were so confused in what to order. In the end we liked absolutely everything. My only criticism is that the portions were a bit too small for the price they charge.

Excellent service, staff are extremely accommodating, enough space between tables to feel comfortable given current circumstances, food is predominantly South indian based - their selling point are their dosas, but they do have a variety of North indian food as well.

Came here with the family for my birthday and the food and service was just absolutely amazing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The waiters were really friendly and gave excellent recommendations! My favourite South Indian restaurant hands down and I've been to a fair few. We ordered loads of starters and just about had room for mains! We asked for extra spicy and they accommodated that. And the chai! The chai takes me back.. ask for it to be served traditionally and get the full experience! Will be back very soon!

Lovely staff, quick service and delicious food. Coming from an Indian background, I always compare restaurant Indian cooking to my mum’s dishes. I was pleasantly surprised at how flavoursome the dishes were - I had the saag aloo, korma, gobi and daal. Not too oily and perfect sizes to share with my partner. Would definitely recommend!
Came here with my boyfriend for a Friday night dinner. The service was really speedy and friendly and the menu was really diverse! Inside the restaurant was a nice ambiance as well with calming music. The food was really delicious, the peshwari naan was so delicious, and was clearly very freshly made. My favourite dish of the ones we got was definitely the tarka daal. My boyfriend is Indian and this daal tasted the same as his mum’s that she makes (high praise!!) would definitely recommend - you’ll leave feeling very full and satisfied 😊

I ordered a chicken Malabar biriyani from here via justeat. The chicken was of great quality, well marinated and it was obviously freshly made. I spoke to Pillai on the phone who ensured the biriyani matched my flavour and spice preferences being of Keralan descent. My craving was satisfied, thank you.Jade.
Guys you were amazing! Food was very good.after long time I had a typical South Indian food my 83 years old mom was very happy. It was lovely experience. I can't wait to come back!
We celebrated a birthday party here recently and have received fantastic communication and service from Joseph and his team from the start.
The restaurant is clean and modern, the food is delicious and again, the service on the night was excellent.
I would happily recommend this place to family and friends for all these reasons.
