Just popped in for a coffee so can't comment on food (although it looked fairly standard coffee shop fare). Bit of a que but staff were fast and did a good job, nice coffee.

The woman behind the counter was very nice. Able to buy decaf tea and food was good too. Very quiet so I was able to read my book as well.

The speediest service I've ever had. The two lovely ladies serving were so friendly and efficient. Its a decent size place and not too busy, perfect for a coffee and to get some work done

I often meet my son for coffee and a croissant here.There are bucket chairs and padded benches which aren't a challenge for my back ! Very pleasant staff and matched by our coffees. On warmer days we sit outside at a table. It's conveniently opposite the Young Vic.

A usual Caffè Nero, has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and they clean the tables regularly. Hot chocolate with cream was £3.30. Clean Caffè Nero in Waterloo.
