Absolutely convenient, super fast service for which you won't have to wait more than a few minutes. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff is always friendly and with a smile ready to help. To highlight, Valentina sauce is at your disposal in case you want that “extra”. 10/10.

Do yourself a favor and visit this tortilla branch. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing and made to perfection i ordered the naked burrito. I was served by a lovely young man named Adam who had such a friendly and bubbly demeanour which made both me and my children very happy.Highly recommend!

The staff at Hammersmith is so kind making this a weeknight win even with picky kids! They help us figure out how to get beans (can that please be added to the buying options!?), and help bring out food so we don’t have to juggle. Excellent food safety habits.

We had dinner here Saturday before going to a show at the Eventim Apollo. Krisha served us and was so bright and lovely, she really left an impression. We didn't catch the name of the gentleman on the till but he was very polite and walked us through how you order. We had tacos, a burrito and some corn ribs with a beer; all tasty and great. The hand dryer is maybe a bit too close to the toilet but it meant you stayed toasty and warm whilst doing your business. Would definitely recommend.

I passed by tortilla on my lunch break after having a difficult start to the day. I found that the staff and the service quickly lightened up my mood with their positive energy and efficient work. Specifically a young man named Adam who was very polite and cheerful. He gave me quick service and even asked me how my day was which staff generally don’t do. The food was also fresh and delicious, would definitely come back. Made my day :)

Very nice burritos at an affordable price! I like the build-your-own meal feature too. The service rep was also very nice, asked us if it was our first time and explained how it all works which was very helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Been coming here over many years, delicious, fresh and full of flavour Mexican fillings with excellent service. Please bring back the steak filling at some point. Can get busy during lunch times but otherwise a quick turnaround.
